always there to help

My car is beyond the warranty, and hypothetically I can go to any shop, but I honestly like it more to deal with official service and always be on top of all the recalls.

I had an issue with my car.Took it into service, customer rep took care of me followed up with me.Told me what the issue was with my car and fix the issue. Rafa was super friendly and courteous.

Couldn’t find the issue

In summary: Service tech couldn’t provide me with a timeframe for repair, didn’t not issue a loaner car, couldn’t replicate/repair issue with car. At the end of the business day after not receiving an update I was on the line on hold waiting for her for about 20 mins when she called me directly while I was still on hold on the other line.
