Armando M. was thorough, knowledgeable about the car, personable and very friendly but not overly pushy like some salespersons can be when they want to make a sale. He made my new car buying experience a memorable one. Armando went out of his way to help me set up the onstar and walk me through all the bells and whistles my new car has. I didn't have to go home and read a manual about my new car! The atmosphere in the dealership was awesome.. The music was great and totally my era! But the music wasn't too loud which made it easy for me to talk to anyone I needed without having difficulty hearing. Overall, this was a truly great car buying experience. Lastly, we were not planning on buying a car yesterday, and Armando really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase and even met us half way to give him the title to the car we were trading in! Great job, nice touch. I felt special when I walked in the door and through the entire process. We will be looking to purchase a new truck for my husband in the near future and Armando is our guy to help us in this endeavor.
