Earlier today we had a great experience helping my daughter purchase her vehicle at Nissan of Boerne. Our sales person was Jordan Kellerman. He was very friendly and helpful. I would also like to comment on Mr. George Villanueva, Mr. Mark Garcia, and the General Manager of the dealership. They made our car shopping experience easy to do. Very happy with our 2019 CPO Nissan Rogue.

Just had a very positive purchasing experience with Nissan of Boerne, Texas. Our sales rep was Terry Ross. Given the current situation with Social distancing, we did 90% of our transaction over the phone. Terry did a great job with the entire process. Terry and his management team were willing to work with me over the phone over the course of two days which minimized the amount of time we needed to be in the dealership. Terry was pro active with the paperwork and verifications so that when we arrived, we just needed to sign the necessary paperwork and take our new car home. We drove the car from San Antonio back to Houston where we live and already love the car.

Great experience with salesman Jacobo Flores

After researching dealerships, I chose Nissan of Boerne to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. I was searching for a Nissan Rogue or Murano. My salesman’s name was Jacobo Flores. Mr. Flores was very helpful, kind, patient, funny and more! I like that we were able to have a normal conversation rather than feeling the pressure to buy a vehicle. I explained to Mr. Flores what I was searching for and with his help, I was able to purchase a 2017 Nissan Rogue with the payment I was wanting! The Rogue I purchased has heated seating, heated stirring wheel, blind spot alert, 360 camera (my favorite) and more! I enjoyed that he was knowledgeable and really knew the vehicles he was showing me. He was also able to answer any questions I had about the vehicles as well which was impressive! Overall, I had a great experience! I’m glad he was there to actually listen and understand what I was wanting as a consumer and provided. I am one very happy customer and I love my car! I will go back again for my next vehicle and I will definitely recommend Jacobo Flores to my family and friends!

Just purchased the Nissan Rogue with David Aguais at Nissan of Boerne and absolutely loveeee my new car! He made the process simple and easy. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and after he PATIENTLY (and I mean hours of patience) let me test drive the vehicles I thought I wanted, and then he recommended the Rogue to me and I instantly fell in love with it. He had the paperwork ready for me to review the monthly pricing within minutes after walking back inside. Then shortly after working with my finances he was able to work out a way that fit my budget perfectly. I drove down here from Round Rock and seriously it couldn’t have been a better experience! So incredibly grateful and recommend anyone and everyone to him!!

Mediocre at Best Sale Service

Just want to share our experience at Nissan of Boerne in dealing and negotiating the prize of a 2018 Camaro SS. On 27 May 2019, my wife, and I went to the dealership having appointment with an intent to purchase a 2018 Camaro SS. First, let me recap our previous experience when we purchased my daughter’s car. We walked in to your dealership (without appointment) shopping a car for my daughter. A sales associate greeted us, helped us, and guided us in locating a car my daughter she was looking for. Bottom line upfront, it was a pleasant experience and with the sales associates guidance, assistance, and patience with us we ended up purchasing a Dodge Journey for my daughter. However, the second time around was totally the opposite. On May 27, 2019, my wife and I arrived at Nissan of Boerne dealership and asked for the person I spoke with who set up the appointment for us that day. The gentleman (not to mention his name) told us the sales associate that would have been taking care of us was busy so another gentleman took care us (so that’s what we though at that time), but it didn’t turned out as we had expected. We test-driven the car and we really liked it. Everything had gone sour as we negotiated the price. We presented our offer as we were asked to do so. However, before he presented our proposed offer to the manager for approval he told us that our offer would be disapproved. Despite all the mumbo-jumbo, He reluctantly presented our offer and came back with “0”zero discount. My wife and I tried our best to negotiate, and we would have been more than willing to compromise the price but presented us with the advertised online/Internet price of which I know it was not the bottom line price . He told us that were the bottom line price and asking for a discount is not possible and will be disapproved. He insisted that was the discounted price and he said that there is no way our offer would be approved. We came prepared to buy a car. I have thoroughly researched the vehicle and obtained financial information from the bank, the invoice, the market value, and the average prices for which a similar car was selling in the local area. I showed all this but was totally ignored and insisted the price advertised online was the bottom line number. We went to your Nissan of Boerne dealership ready to buy, but NOT to be lectured by a sales associate on information I know is not true. The service we received was mediocre at best. We really like the car. Had we been offered something, anything, my wife, and I would have been willing to compromise. In the big picture one loss sale that day would not matter a whole lot to a company, but one sales person can really give a very negative impression of the entire company from a customer‘s perspective. P.S. After purchasing a 2019 Camaro 2SS from another dealership, Nissan of Boerne called to offer $2,500.00 discount. VR Joel P. Reyes

Great Customer Service

We were assisted by Eloy Hernandez who took great care of us. He was determined to help us find the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford without being pushy, and he did. We are now happy owners of a 2017 Nissan Murano that had only 4k miles. Best trade - in & upgrade experience ever!!!!!!

I had the best assistance ever, Steven Estrada was very professional and walked me through all the steps of a trade in, giving me a great offer on my Altima which allowed me to aim for a new SUV for me and the family, hes was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the Pathfinder, and answered all the questions I had about it, and the People from the credit Department were great, Mrs Zapata also helped by doing their best effort to get me the best deal possible , the sales manager made me feel he was also aware of my presence there, and would come by every now and then just to check up on me and ask if everything was o.k. assuring me that I was going to be taken care of and that I was being offered a great deal. Everything was great, I felt I was in the presence of a teamwork environment which made everything flow easily for me as a customer. At the end of the day I drove out of the dealership with a great deal, a big fat smile on my face and a top quality new vehicle. I don't even have to tell my friends a neighbor's where I bought my car, they're practically begging me to tell them, and I just say go to nissan boerne. you'll get a great deal. I'm sure I did.

More than just a used Nissan!

My husband and I have been hit with a series of large financial hits over the past few years. One bad thing after another keeps hitting us. All four of our parents had serious declines in their health right when my husband was laid off twice within six months. Then we started losing our parents as we ran through all our savings trying to care for them. The latest thing to happen was my husband had an accident a month ago. They ended up declaring our Pathfinder a total loss. Our credit is in dismal shape and we didn't have much that we could put down. We didn't have much faith that we could get another car plus good things just don't happen for us anymore. That changed yesterday. Steven in sales helped us out and graciously listened to our story. He showed such warm empathy towards us. Then Estella in finance stepped in and worked miracles. Not only did she get us approved for a used Murano, but now our payments are lower than they had been with the Pathfinder that had been totaled. We can't say enough about the wonderful people at Nissan of Boerne. They didn't just get us into another car that we desperately needed. They made us feel normal which is something we haven't felt in a long time. They also went to bat for us. It left me speechless sitting in Estella's office as she told us how they had helped us. It took all I could do to hold back the tears. They gave us back faith and hope that we can turn things around. We needed that even more than the car. You rock, Nissan of Boerne! Outstanding Customer Service!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle all by telephone communication. I explained my situation to Jay Jay (my sales representative) that I am out of state looking to purchase a vehicle for my son who is there in San Antonio. I picked out the car I wanted and Jay Jay provided me the best offer from about 20 dealerships I’ve talked to between San Antonio Texas, Huntsville Alabama, and Nashville Tennessee. Jay Jay provided me with customer service as if I was there personally at Nissan of Boerne and ensured that all my questions were answered immediately. Jay Jay also coordinate all the paperwork with my bank for the loan processing. I did everything by telephone by talking and texting with Jay Jay and honestly, this was the “Best” car Buying experienced I’ve ever had. Didn’t go to the dealership, didn’t sit around and wait, great communication with the sales rep and got the best deal done in a matter of less than an hour. I highly recommend that you see Jay Jay at Nissan of Boerne and he will provide you with an Outstanding Customer Service because I provided it to me on the phone and when my my picked up the car!

paid full price plus shipping. WHERE IS MY CAR

They have unbeatable prices, right? Also, they have hundreds of good reviews online, so why not buy a car from them? Because their customer service is terrible, and it matters. My husband and I wanted to buy a certified used Nissan Leaf as a commuter car for my new job. We looked online and saw Nissan of Boerne’s amazing deal on a 2015 certified used Nissan Leaf and immediately called for more information. Luckily, the car was still available, and we started the process of negotiations. We live in another state, so negotiations were over the phone and we explained that needed the car shipped to us. Since I needed the car ASAP for my new job, we agreed to pay full price AND $900 to ship the vehicle to our Kansas home by the weekend of September 8th or 9th. To hold the car while we waited for them to send the paperwork, they charged $3,000 on our credit card. We then waited for the paperwork to arrive…. which arrived a day late. We were assured by our sales rep that the car could still arrive by September 8th or 9th if we quickly sent the paperwork and a certified check to the dealership. Once we received the paperwork, we filled out and overnighted the check and paperwork to Nissan of Boerne. Don’t worry, they assured us, it only takes 12 hours to ship the vehicle to you! The car did not arrive the weekend of September 8th. On late Saturday the 8th we contacted the dealership and were told we would receive the car on Monday September 10th. I started my new job on Monday, so my husband had to take an Uber to work. On Monday, we contacted the dealership and were told we would receive the car on Wednesday September 12th. To apologize, they told us they would throw in a free home charging station (awesome right?). My husband took an Uber to work again Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday the car did not arrive. We contacted the dealership and were told that the car was STILL at the dealership and would arrive FRIDAY September 13, 2018! Today is Friday September 13, 2018 and the car has NOT arrived. I called the dealership today and found out that the car hasn’t even left the dealership! After speaking with the franchise owner (or so they say), it will arrive Sunday September 16th, 2018. Remember we paid $900 to have the car shipped to us before I started work!! The franchise owners’ attitude was curt, rude, unempathetic, and dismissive. His attitude reflected his belief that he already lost our future business, that it would save him money if we dissolved the deal, and that my feelings/our conversation was a waste of his time. After our conversation, he is right, he has lost any future business me. He should consider some customer service training because his behavior (not the situation) is what is causing me to write this review! He kept telling me he was spending $600 of his own money to have the car shipped today and arrive on Sunday! Why should I care… We already paid $900 to have the car shipped and arrive last week, where did our money go!? He reminded us he gave us a home charging station…yeah… you gave us that to apologize for the car not arriving on Wednesday…. BUT WHERE is the car/charging station today?! I have an IDEA how about telling me that: 1. We apologize, this was completely our fault. 2. We care about our customers and want to fix this 3. We are working to train our staff to communicate better with their customers. It is unacceptable that they did not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle 4. We are working to improve our relationship with our shipping company to avoid any future delays 5. We will wave your shipping fee of $900 since the car hasn’t even left the dealership. 6. We will also pay your husband’s Uber fees and any future Uber fees if the car does not arrive as promised 7. We will send pictures of the car and the car being safely loaded on truck to alleviate any worries 8. Again, we are so sorry. We have xxxxx tracking number to assure you that the car is on its way and will arrive Sunday. If you want to buy a car from Nissan of Boerne…think again. They don’t care about your business…they have the lowest prices in town, so your business is cheap.

Disrespectful team

First I want to say John fee was polite and didn't pressure. This review is mainly directed at the Used Car director Alex Sinno and his disrespectful, rude, and pushy tactics. My wife and I originally went over after work driving 45 minutes to look at a used escape they had. While she test dove I walked around with our 9 month old. I was not looking for a car, but noticed a used Titan. When my wife and John got back I test drove the escape and we started talking about the Titans. This is where John messed up. I asked "hypothetically what kind of deal can we get if we buy two cars?" (Something I feel safe saying doesn't happen very often. He replied, "oh you'd definitely get VIP treatment". This ended up being a huge lie. Hey let me take the Titan overnight and I liked it. I actually found a brand new one I was willing to pay a bit more for. We went back tonight after work and I looked at the new one. They had a Hell of a deal on it, but we all know they could come down more. We went in to talk numbers. This is where that VIP treatment starts. We were ready to pay cash for both cars btw. He came back with final numbers which included fees, taxes, and accessories. We gave him numbers on both the new Titan and used escape. We asked about 2 - 3 grand below what was listed as he final (I planned on asking for more off and I'm glad I didn't waste my time). He came back from his manager 10 minutes later saying they couldn't do it and that they were already under invoice on the Titan, which we all know not to be true. They charged 1800 for accessories (Maintenance, carpet and paint protectant and "free" car washes). They wouldn't even take any of that off when I asked them to. The nearest car wash they partnered with is 25 minutes from my house. So mandatory accessories. We give another set of numbers again nothing crazy and here comes Alex Dunno . I only know his name because I looked it up when I got home. He came say down in Johns seat never introducing himself or shaking my hand. Buddy this is Texas! Business is done on handshakes. He starts the "this is the best deal in the nation" he offered. He gave the option to get online and look at similar trucks. "I said okay let's surf". He pulled up the truck on their website. Uh yeah buddy I've seen it on your site you said let's look at other offers. My wife is a math teacher pointed out some numbers that didn't add up. He got defenses asking John for a pen so he can explain it to my wife. Strike one Alex. I still waiting for the VIP treatment..... Alex is now very defensive and short while at the same time trying to connect with us on kids an military service. He brought up the free wash tub car washes again. I again told him "I don't need those. I have a good car wash in town". I though Alex was the manager, again he never introduced himself so who knew. Not sure why a used car director was talking to me about a new car. They would not budge off the price online. Keep in mind I'm talking about two cars being purchased. I was never disrespectful or acted like they owed us. I was ready to negotiate like professionals. While the wife was gone I mentioned trading in our 2015 Cherokee. Alex becomes Dr. Jekle. He started laughing and says to John, "oh great now we get to have this conversation with her. They are going to want retail for their trade and us to deduct it off a vehicle." Laughing the whole time like my wife and I are idiots. Strike 2 and 3 [non-permissible content removed]. It ate at me the level of disrespect i just received when I was ready to buy two cars. I packed my things and told John, " Nope sorry John, we are out of here. I do not appreciate being laughed at and talked down to. Nothing towards you but he (Alex) just cost you a sale." I will admit I used the F word but didn't tell. It was shamefully the way Alex treated us. I let Alex have it on my way out as he acted like he did nothing wrong. No one gave Chase to apologize. They don't care to earn your business nor will they ever get mine or anyone that I know.

Dishonest sales team

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Throughout the negotiations we were made several promises which turned out to be false. Parts were not ordered when we were told. Some parts were not installed even after we were told they were already installed. We have had problems with the vehicle after the sale which should have been disclosed prior to the sale. I will not shop here again

Horrible and unethical

Bought a 2011 Town and country from to his dealership for 15000. The vehicle was in the shop 6 times over ta year to include multiple fuel pump issues, electronic accelerator control, terrible leaking when it rains, and multiple broken window gears, along with a tire coming unthreaded. Finally brought it in to let them know and see if they can help us and instead of trading straight or trying to help us, the appraised the van at 7500 and stated they would roll the rest into a new loan on a different vehicle. This would take our payments from 277 to at least 350. This dealership sold an extremely faulty vehicle and did everything they could to continue making money off it. Buy it back from me for 7500, sell a new car to me for 15000 with the 4000 left on the loan added to the new loan making it 19000, and then they would STILL sell the van for 12-13000. Ridiculous. Thought for sure they would help. Well I guess they did. They fixed the window (maybe) again.
