On a recent trip to Boerne our AC began to go out. It would run for 30-45 minutes then quit. The dealership was nice enough to get us in for service. However, they did not fix the problem. “Could not recreate the problem” and said the ac button had been turned to off. Of course we know where the button is. Of course the problem started again as soon as we got on the road … and worse, they charged us $176 — for a car still under warranty.

The people in the service department at the Boerne location are great! Today I brought my car in for a service “B” and was met with a friendly greeting. The attendant took me in to speak with a service representative who took time to explain the items to be addressed and a comprehensive cost analysis. I decided to wait for my car in the lounge where they had complimentary snacks and beverages. The WIFI worked fine. The wait time was in line with what I was told. The service representative came to inform me that my car was ready and then explained in detail the charges. I appreciate the professionalism by all members of this service department. I will most certainly return to this location for future services.

We were shopping for a specific vehicle test drove a couple at other dealerships that were not what we wanted. We were told about one being at this location so we headed up to Boerne. Turns out it was what we were looking for. Jeff took care of us, gave us the space to take lunch break and figure out if this was what we wanted. We got a great deal, great friendly help.

This is my third Mercedes. I just purchased a new 2024 C300 and received outstanding service from Jeff Bouchard. I was treated with kindness and respect. We spent the afternoon looking at many vehicles and he made sure I was pleased with my selection. No sales pressure tactics.

Boerne Mercedes Benz Service Performed!

We were hesitant to take our Mercedes Benz CLS 450 to MB Boerne for service as in the past we have purchased & serviced several vehicles from them & the service experiences are typically horrible, and the last sales experience so horrible that we ended up buying this vehicle at MB if San Antonio. However, when faced with a recall check, we decided that as MB Boerne is only 2 miles away, how bad could they mess up a simple recall check? So we scheduled online (very convenient) & actually got a next day appointment on a Sat! We dropped it off with no hassle. Charles Spencer was our Service Advisor. He was very professional & friendly. Charles got us out of there in a matter of minutes & called a few hours later to let us know it was all set with no repairs necessary. We picked it up with no wait, no hassle and they even washed it for us! This visit, if not a fluke, has restored our faith in at least the Service Dept at Mercedes Benz of Boerne & we’ll be back to test them again for regularly scheduled maintenance.
