Great experience

Best car buying experience we've ever had. We test drove at several other dealerships before going to Novak - their car was by far the cleanest and their price was extremely fair. They were friendly and honest with no hard sell - they just knew the value of what they were selling, they sold it for the right price, and they gave us a fair offer on our trade in. Will return again, and recommend to all my friends! Thanks very much to Tony Lombardo and Jerry Little for a great experience.

Great Service, Happy Buyer

I'd been looking for the past month for a used Ford Mustang V6 Premium w/ low mileage (under 30,000). My walkout price limit was $20k, so finding the right car for this price was a challenge, but I was in no hurry so I was will to take as long as was necessary. I narrowly missed buying a car from another dealership, which sold before I could get my financing through. There were 2 vehicles at Sports City Toyota that were 2013 models listed in the high 19 thousands. I emailed a sales rep there and told him my walkout price limit of $20k. He said they should be able to reach that number, so I went for a test drive in both vehicles, only to find out that they were both previously used as rental vehicles, one had been involved in an accident and that they couldn't actually get the walkout price down to $20k. Needless to say, Sports City Toyota was scratched off my list of places to every do business. A couple of weeks later I saw an even nicer Mustang on Cars.com at Novak Motors in Bedford, Tx. I inquired about the vehicle and was immediately contacted by one of their sales managers named Richard. I immediately told him my price limit and he said they could sell me the car for that price. I went and test drove the car, we worked up the deal and I drove away w/ the car that day. There were no games, no BS, just friendly, knowledgeable service and no hassles. They were very accommodating with me financing the car through my credit union as well. Oh, and the car, it's like a brand new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with it or my buying experience at Novak Motors.
