Over the past year my truck has set at the dealership for a 4 months. I’ve dropped it off for the same reason 3 separate times just for the problem not to be solved. My vehicle has set for months without being serviced and I’ve spent thousands on services just for nothing to be fixed. This is completely unacceptable and is not going to be accepted. Tim Scott and the rest of the service team at chevy west Austin are the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. They have zero accountability and zero pride for what they do.

Went in to possibly buy a new truck. I really like Autonation because there is no haggling on either the price for their vehicles or the price they pay for your trade in. Concetta was my salesperson, and Kelvin was the finance guy. Bothe were outstanding. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I had a great experience at AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin. Concetta is the best salesperson we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We sincerely mean that. She was so friendly, it was like talking to an old friend. She should be in sales training. We think she has a lot insight to offer others regarding how to conduct business with a customer. The way she treated us is how all customers should be treated. Even though we decided a 4x4 was not for us, we never felt so satisfied with not buying a vehicle before. Thank you, Concetta!

Concetta Wildman was great! Very personable and professional. The car buying experience was easy and enjoyable. Must say that buying a car without being able to test drive it first was a little uncomfortable but can understand not wanting to let test drivers in the high end sports cars. Car does have some things that may need to be looked at but we want to make sure it not human error first before bringing it back in for service. Love the Vette!

I added running boards and bed liner. Regular bed liner guy out of town. Tech on duty explained I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LOWER PRICEDTECH TO COME IN next week .Not my fault they had to use somone PLUS did not tell me to late that afternoon.
