Lengthy process

Likes: They took care of small things and details, car was clean and as advertised. Salesman was low pressure but financial man pressured for the additional protection plan (used car). Plan on it taking at least 5 hrs. We ran out of time and did not get our Bluetooth synced with our phone and this dealership is 2 hrs from our home so not convenient to return. The used car interest rate was inflated. I did not feel it reflected our high credit score and past financial record with Toyota. We did not get any floor mats but did have a weather tek type mat in the trunk. Overall I don’t care for any car sales places but this one did work with us some. Felt their trade in value for our car was $1000 low. Read all your paperwork carefully and don’t let them charge you for “prepping the car (under the dealer costs.)” I might recommend them but with caution.

Friendly people; very slow

All the reps are very friendly and helpful, but I needed to do a simple financial transaction (with an advance appointment) that probably needed fifteen minutes in total, but I ended up being there well over two hours. That's been my husband's experience there on other occasions as well.

Everyone one was easy to work with but with added fees, so NO upfront pricing, painfully slow service ( 5 hours to test drive and purchase) it may be worth using another dealership!

First of all everyone that works there is super nice. Troy and Brandon were the best salesman. They really bounced off each other dialogue. As in Troy would say something about the car and Brandon would add on top of that and vis versa. They were very patient with us and really tried to narrow it down to our perfect car and that’s exactly what they did. Even the finance team especially oidallas did a great job. Honestly it was a great overall experience for buying our first car.

Was quoted 9% APR for vehicle Financing from the Team behind the Glass Wall( the people that the salespeople run back and forth to)I was under the impression that Toyota was Financing the sale? Went to sign the paperwork, was told the rate jumped up to 14%APR. RAISING the monthly payment I thought I would be paying up over $100 more a month. Toyota did not do the Financing. PURCHASED the vehicle anyway because I really was impressed with the car; not at all with the SALES TEAM! MY Salesperson was awesome. Bottom Line. WON'T PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

I purchased a Tundra on Thursday and it needed maintenance on Saturday, light came on. I am nervous now, thought the Tundra was supposed to be great truck hope this was just time for an oil change.
