Terrible experience, let me just say was shown an incorrect car fax, bought a used vehicle from this dealership and when I got it home found out it was in more than the one listed accident and it had structural damage. They offered no help in repairing the vehicle. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership beware, they do not stand behind their sales. Always taking a chance buying a used vehicle but they knew this one was broken when they sold it and yes I was the sucker who fell for the scam.

Battery Warranty Disagreement

On October 1, 2018 I interfaced with Ricky Sandoval, Service Manager for Vandergriff Acura in Arlington, TX regarding the OEM battery warranty on my 2014 Acura MDX (car is out of warranty), as I was purchasing a new replacement battery. I did not know it at the time, but determined later that I was totally wrong regarding my understanding regarding the Battery Limited Warranty (battery that came with the car new vs. warranty on an Acura replacement battery), page 33 in the Acura 2014 Warranty booklet. I simply did not read the details as closely as I should have and focused on the prorated credit data only. Mr. Sandoval very patiently explained the actual warranty on the battery that came with the car vs. the warranty on the replacement battery. He was extremely patient, courteous, professional, and successful with his effort at insuring my customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to defuse the situation and to insure I left a happy customer which I did. I genuinely appreciate Mr. Sandoval and how he handled the situation. He is a true asset to Vandergriff Acura. My current Acura MDX is my 5th Acura automobile and given the ongoing and consistent customer service, as ensured by Mr. Sandoval, I will continue to be a life-long Acura Customer.

Kenny Le was my sales associate and he was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is my first Acura and Vandergriff Acura earned a customer for life. By far, the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Thao Nguyen was great in finance as well!

I recently bought a used car from this dealership and was very pleased with my experience with Max Coker. He answered any questions I had and provided exceptional customer service. I was nervous because this was my first time purchasing a car, but I ended up with exactly what I wanted! Burl Thomas in the Finance department is very helpful and personable as well.

I inquired about a 2018 MDX online, and Travis responded within minutes. I couldn't make it into the dealership that day, but I came next day. When I arrived to dealership Travis came out greet me and my family. Entire time spent at dealership was amazing and we had a best deal in town. Every questions we got answered. Best experience and amazing time with Travis Nguyen. I would highly recommend Vandergriff Acura and ask for Travis Nguyen when you need New or Used car purchase.

I recently bought an Acura TLX from Vandergriff Acura,First i contacted Max Coker of dealership and I told him that i can visit very late in the evening so he arranged for me to visit late, Dan showed me the cars, on next visit I explained to them what I am looking for and what my budget is. They amazed me with an offer for the car i was looking, tried to find any fine print and for my surprise everything was clear cut , I am very happy with the entire experience, I got the car on same day, I would highly recommend to visit Vandergriff Acura and ask for Max and/or Dan if you like plain/simple no gimmicks/no up selling.

Went into Vandergriff Acura on a Thursday morning, early as in - as soon as it was open early, and went in looking to buy a car. I was met with Ed Nash, a salesman and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me two options that best fit my description, we test drove both cars, and I finally ended purchasing one of them. The process was very smooth and what I was impressed most with was Ed's knowledge of the cars, his expertise, and most importantly, his non-abrasive demeanor. He was so kind and gentle, yet serious and knew he wasn't lying to you to get ahead. His honesty is what sold me the car in the end and I wish all of my transactions in life would go just as smoothly as this one did at Vandergriff Acura with Ed!

I could not have asked for a better team to work with when purchasing my new vehicle! From my initial inquiry with Steve Morrell, to the greeting when I arrived by Ty, to the OUTSTANDING customer service by Joel Cruz & Patrick Burns. As a first time car buyer I was more than nervous to go into the dealership and walk out feeling like I got ripped off. The stories I hear about grueling paperwork and shady salesmen definitely made me cautious. But I am so glad that I went to Vandergriff Acura and that Max Coker was able to help me get a great car! I had zero credit and no down payment other than a car with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I was so scared that I either wouldn't get approved for a car or that my payments would be astronomical. Max got in touch with me before I even made a trip out to discuss options, he sent me links to cars that he thought might fit my needs and budget and didn't try to pursuade me to get a car I didn't love. In the end he was able to get me more than what I was expecting for my trade in and got me into a great reliable safe car that fit within my budget! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which was very helpful! He was so accommodating and patient with my indecisiveness and many questions. I could not have asked for a better experience, I am beyond grateful for his assistance and so impressed with the level of service we received. I will be referring all of my friends to Max!

Vandergriff Acura's service is amazing. I was greeted by one of the porters as soon as I pulled up to the drive. My service advisor, Clifton, already had all of my paperwork printed off (I made an appointment so he already knew what I was coming in for). Made sure I knew where all of the snacks and drinks were and made myself at home in the waiting lobby. I was getting accelerated service but I was still expecting a couple hours (because of the horrible experience I've had in the past) but they got my car out in no time! service was done quickly, car was cleaned and vacuumed, pricing was better than I was expecting, & everybody was so nice. I will definitely be taking my car back to Vandergriff Acura and I will make sure to tell my friends and family to do the same. well done Clifton & team.

We live in a neighboring state but when I found a 2014 RDX at Vandergriff Acura through USAAs Car Buying Service, Max Coker contacted me promptly and provided what I needed to make a basic decision before we drove down. He was very helpful and we were very happy with our overall experience. While a couple of issues did arise during the process, Max worked with management (I felt as our advocate) to get everything worked out to our complete satisfaction and Skyla Rios got us back on the road back home in about 3 hours. Thanks Max & Skyla !!!
