Agreed with salesman on amount of $7,500 for used car. Even signed a worthless "No Add Ons" document. When meeting with finance person however, he insisted on me handing them a check of $1,000 for downpayment to which I agreed. On the paperwork however, it still listed the full $7,500 with no down payment deducted from the amount to be financed-in other words, the down payment amount they require is a gift (theft) as they add it again in the total. They further added another "bonus plus" $1,000 and then the finance man I guess opening his mouth too much, stated that the dealership had added $3,000 to the sales amount for a total of $11,000. Accordingly, I walked out and will never buy a thing from them. Absolutely dishonest!

I drove 5 hours to this dealership to buy a car on their website after calling several times and them not being willing to deal on the phone. When I got there they told me they ‘sold’ the car last night and tried to get me to buy another car. It’s been on the website for weeks And is still on the website. This is false advertising and against the law. If they are willing to break the law so blatenly, I would not trust them on any level. Stay away!! Not worth your time. And they break the law. If there was a 0 star rating that is what I would selected.

Had gone to Hiley for a used car since they appeared to be a good dealership. Checked a 2009 Ford Focus that was in pretty good shape. Found a issue with the windshield washer and Hiley agreed to repair it. Signed paperwork and made an appointment to get windows tinted and the washer fixed. The windshield washer pump worked but the nozzle needed fixed. I came back a week later and repair & tinting took about 3 1/2 hours. Their waiting area in spacious with couches, big screen TV and coffee & water available. Since it was raining when I left, I didn't need the washer. 2 days later I go to use the windshield washer and it doesn't work. I contacted the salesperson, Tsion and told her of the problem, that it worked prior to Hiley looked at it, but wasn't working now. She said she'd contact the service manager about it. I didn't hear from her, so contacted her a week later. She said that they had replaced a part & weren't responsible for the washer not working. I again asked why had it worked prior to going in their shop & not afterwards. No responses. They maybe a good dealer for new car sales, but don't recommend them for repairs or used car sales.

Mind you I have bought 2 (2012 SE & 2014 SEL premium Passat) from this very dealership and drove the last one off of the showroom floor. [non-permissible content removed] wasted an hour of my time, came to me with the lowest offer insult on my 2014 trade-in trying to play the most dreaded, hated and frustrating potential car buyiing lets bargain scenario. I told them upfront not to pull this crud but they saw a woman alone.... This is my take on today's experience. It's really too bad because my last 2 experiences were awesome and I really felt like my sales Mgr treated me like he would his own mother on the last purchase. Autobahn in Fort Worth offered me more for my trade but I came to Hiley out of loyalty and hoping to get a better deal based on that fact. FYI: my trade in rates just under excellent condition but they tried to give me the LOWEST category. Loyalty = nothing to Hiley

I just bought my new Passat from Hiley VW and had a great experience. My salesperson, Barbara, was professional, courteous, easy to get along with and, most importantly, never gave me a high pressure sales pitch. When I went back two days later to make the actual purchase I worked with Darla who was just as amicable. On the third visit to pick up my car Barbara showed me the service department, introduced me to the service manager and went out of her way to make sure I had all the knowledge I needed. I highly recommend Barbara or Darla and Hiley VW in general.

My last car, a 2012 CC Lux, my dealer called and offered to put me in it for $50 less than I was paying on my 2008 Passat Lux. Plus the have 3 year free maintenance now nd they didn't when i bought the Passat. oth use synthetic oil so that saves you a lot
