I wasn't planning on getting two cars but I got such great service and kindness from our salesperson Nick that we decided that we'd buy two cars on the same day. Nick and the rest of the sales team really listen to what we want and were not pushy. We got exactly what we wanted in a very family friendly and respectful environment. I would highly recommend this place

I truly had a great experience in purchasing my 1st brand new suv. The Client care manager Derrick Mickens & Josh was very knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure I was well informed about the suv I was purchasing. The best way to describe this team is they go above and beyond your expectation!!

saw advertised price for a used vehicle I had been searching for, Arrived at Family Toyota and ask to speak to a sales person, DONTHA heard me ask the receptionist and promptly spoke up and stated he would assist me. No high pressure, just a very soft spoken kind individual, the kind of guy that makes you feel fortunate to have met him, outstanding service, did not hesitate to take my offer to management, Would not hesitate to do business with Dontha and Family Toyota again

Misleading

I was given online quotes and promises for beating prices of other dealers none of which were honored. It was confusing and and when I got and checked over my contact I realive how much I had been overcharged, which is my fault for not making sure when I was there. The person who handle the financial paperwork was vague and wouldn't give clear answers. He handed me several blank contracts and told me to sign them because they like to have that part done and then they will give me copies, I knew that was wrong but I thought surely they aren't going to be that dishonest. They offered me a lease deal which was supposed to be 199.00 a month and ended up being 350.00 a month. I am so disappointed to say the least.
