DEAD BEAT DEALERSHIP

Street Volkswagen in Amarillo, TX, wants to buy your used vehicle! Buy SELLER BEWARE!!! They will keep your car, get the title and then never pay you what they agreed to in writing. Then you will have to hire a Lawyer, which they won't pay for, so, you're out even more money. My best recommendation is to find another company to do business with.

Joel and the staff at Street Volkswagen were great when I leased my New VW Passat R Line. I went there with the intention of buying a used Passat, but after seeing the 2017 Passat, it just made more sense to go with a new one. The sale went smoothly from beginning to delivery thanks to the awesome team at Street Volkswagen in Amarillo.

I absolutely love Street VW! Every time I am there they do everything in their power to make sure every need I have is met! Jonathan Ortega is my choice dealer, he has been completely amazing and is willing to go above and beyond to help every time! Jonathan and the staff of street always have a smile and truly care about all of their customers! I always feel such a family environment when I am there! I love my new 2016 Jetta, she is absolutely perfect!!! Thank you all for everything! I not only would recommend you all, but I do and will continue to do so!

I live in Colorado and bought my car from Zach Walls. He was very helpful throughout the whole experience and got me in the exact car I wanted! He made buying a car very easy with out all the stress and hassle you get at most dealerships. He even got the car delivered right to my front door. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in Amarillo. Me ans my fiancee wad a little skeptic at first but in the end we are extremely satisfied.These people are for real. No high pressure and they work to make sure you are getting the car you want. I cannot say enough about our salesman "TIM" and the Finance Manger. I have had some very bad car buying experiences but this one made me a believer again - all car dealers are not the same. If you are in the market for a used or new car I would highly recommend you not buy elsewhere until you check Street Volkswagen out first and I promise you will not be disappointed. I bought a used 2015 Ford Explorer that only had 10,000 miles. I got the best deal in town and trust me I made sure of it. Good, honest people -

Purchased a new 2015 Volkswagon Passat

I purchased a new 2015 Volkswagon Passat from Street Volkswagon in Amarillo Texas. I had a very good Salesman, Jason, who helped me decide to purchase the Passat or to lease a new Passat. I ended up purchasing and 2015 Passat on their year end close-out sale. I was able to take advantage of many rebates and discounts and also able to get 0% financing. The financing went very smoothly and very fast. I am very happy with my new Volkswagon purchase! I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone wanting to purcase a new car. I would also recommend a Passat to anyone wanting to buy a new car, It is roomy and it gets the much needed great fuel mileage!

i purchased a new Passat from street recently and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service I received from their staff. The sales group was patient with me while I was deciding which vehicle I wanted. They worked to get me the best deal and interest rate possible. This was a great car buying experience.

Great Car, Great Price, Great Dealer

We bought a 1 year old Tiguan from Street VW. We got a good price. The thing that differentiates them from other dealers is the service after the sale. These folks are incredible. The service is stellar. The service department is not afraid to remedy a problem before it becomes a problem. I've gone with questions and walked away with a "solution". Often at no cost to me. They are honest, friendly and fair. Love them all. You've heard about going the extra mile ? They DO.

I was looking for a great car and I found it. Brad Paschal was my sales person. He found me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He was very helpful and I would definitely go back to him and refer my family and friends to him for their new cars as well.
