This dealership is top notch. They always make you feel welcome and appreciated. Everything from the front desk to the salesmen to the service department is as good as it gets in the car business. Buying a new vehicle is a big decision. The staff here doesnt push you, they help you. They help you find exactly what you want and work with you through the entire process. I recommend Street Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.

Great sales people, finance, and service. Do your research before and the deal making will go very smoothly and quickly. Even if you dont have time for that they will treat you right. Even the sales managers are very friendly, polite and have time for everyone. Have bought three cars here and will buy again when time comes.

Had a great experience using Street Toyota. TJ Kearns helped me find the perfect pickup! He was not pushy or rude like other dealership's but more nice and helpful. If your looking for a good dealership in Amarillo or in the panhandle Street Toyota is the place to go.

I bought a used truck and once I got it home found a huge dent on top of the cab! Immediately upset I called my salesman Josiah and he came and picked it up the next day and brought me a loaner and then took it to the body shop and had it repaired and repainted and keep me up to date on every step along the way! Most places would have said all as is but they went the extra mile! I'll never buy a vehicle any where else! I've got my truck now and love it! Thank you Street Toyota and Josiah!

I went pre-approved looking to buy a full size pickup truck. Salesman John Shankle was excellent in helping my find a used vehicle with very low miles that fit my specific needs. I was given a very fair price on my trade in as well. I was sent to do my final paperwork while Mr. Shankle was putting gas in the vehicle I was buying. The gentleman I was then doing paperwork with was professional, but also indifferent or at least that's how he felt to me. It was the end of the work day and I'm sure he was ready to ger home. But I felt as if this part of the process was rushed, but professionalism was still maintained. Based on this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.

Great experience with the sales man. He listens to what you as the customer wants. Try to find the best deal and make you feel at ease about the experience by letting you make the decision. Some people in sales are pushy and just want your money. We bought four cars from him and this was number five,he was the same every time.

I went in there 3 months ago and bought a $5000 civic with less than 96k miles on it. It is now a paper weight it needs a new water pump oil pump and timing chain $2400 to repair. I called and asked for help and was cused out and talked down to the entire time and i ended up having to hang up. I then did a google search ilon the sales man chris campbel and the first thing to pop up was him pleading guilty on a $320,000 fraud dispute where he was selling people cars and taking out title loans on the cars the people had just bought. I would not suggest anyone ever go here it was a terrible experiance and i now have to find a lemon law lawyer to protect my credit and i have no clue hpw i will be getting to work thanks to them.
