The unwillingness to deliver a true customer service experience will leave you disappointed. If you have ever had a good experience with another dealer do not expect to come to Ron Carter Ford for anything better. They sell you the car and that’s where the experience stops.

We went to Ron Carter after not being happy with another Ford dealership down the road. Our salesperson James Tillman was extremely nice and laid back which really took the pressure off of us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the right vehicle for us and for a price we were happy with. He even stayed after closing to make sure that we could drive our new vehicle home that same day!!! Definitely fans of Ron Carter Ford now!!!

Outstanding Experience with Paul Moreno

Was in the market for a new truck so I went to Ron Carter Ford. I told Paul Morino what I was looking for. He was very professional and straight forward. Paul made it a very pleasant experience and best of all I got a new truck at a great price and was driving it home in less than an hour from start to finish. This is the fourth vehicle I bought from Ron Carter Ford over the past 15 years and after my very postive experience with Paul will continue to do business there. We recently purchased a new Grand cherokee for my wife. I was so pleased with the service and extremely happy with my salesman, Dominic Harvey, that we decided to also use him for the purchase of a vehicle for our son who happens to turn 16 this December. I just found the vehicle I was looking for and everyone we talked to and worked with was what every salesmen should be. Randy in fiance was wonderful and very knowledgeable, also very friendly. Rene our salesman was so nice and friendly also knowledgeable about our choice of vechile. I highly recommend Ron Carter Ford and when you go be sure to ask for Rene. I love my new v purchase. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am picky when it comes to what I want. Victor Rivas was able to find me the car that I wanted, at a reasonable price, with all the features I requested, in no time at all!! He was very professional, personable, and laid back. I did not feel any pressure from him to buy the vehicle, like you can get from most car sales reps! He even took the time to show me how to use a lot of the features in my new car. When buying a new vehicle not many people can honestly say they enjoyed the car buying experience. However, when it comes to buying a vehicle from Paul Moreno at Ron Carter Ford this is not the case. He gives you truth and not a lot of vague useless talk. Then there is Randy Taylor is finance. He had paperwork ready and explained it all to me with patience. Great Company to Work With

Taylor was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about your products when I asked almost any question. He was very honest. The finance person who did the paperwork for my lease was also very good. Made me feel like I made the right choice. No wonder there are so many Ron Carter license plates around. I am new to Texas from Michigan and really enjoyed the hospitality.
