I had bought a newer used truck from this dealership. I flew in for the purchase and drove it home come to find out 3 weeks later the transmission was taking a dump on me... wouldn't recommend this place. Not to mention when I got there after giving them a heads up financing took forever even after a 3 day notice...

I would NOT buy from Cars and Pickups!!! I purchased a vehicle and the engine went out in less than 3 weeks (<1500 miles). The owner and company would not stand behind what they sold me. I was out a new motor at $7000. BUYER BEWARE!!! Not a very reputable company in my opinion. They have not even responded to the letter that I sent them 6 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Easiest and fastest

Hey all, I wanted to write this review for those like me who are skeptical to try new things and must read a thousand reviews before deciding that it may work out. Well, it did and was by far the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I currently live and Denver Colorado. I have been looking for a truck that meets all my needs and wants and found it through carsandpickups.com. I inquired about the truck that I found on a Saturday and was responded to by Christian on Monday. He went over all the features with me, sent me a couple of videos, and responded within 5 to 10 mins of my many random text messages. I then called my bank got the dealer pay sheet and sent it his way. I put down the $1000 deposit request due to me needing to hold the truck an extended time. I then scheduled my flight and booked my hotel room. Once I landed I let Christian know that I was in town and where I was staying (I booked really close to the dealership at Hilton garden inn off belt .07 miles). The next morning Christian drove to pick me up and the truck was ready to test drive. I drove the truck for about 15 mins came back and the paperwork was ready to sign. I then met the GM signed the paperwork and was out the door with my new ride in about 20 mins. Christian, you did awesome man and if you ever head this way give me a shout and I will be more than happy to show you around. GO COWBOYS!!!!

Christian in Sales and Matt in Finance are amazing and made the whole experience extremely easy! Buying a Truck from out of state they provided any information with an honest perspective to any question! Flying down from Michigan and then driving the Truck home they both made the whole process extremely easy! Awesome People and Amazing dealership!

Carsandpickups go to market strategy is everyday low prices, no haggle pricing. This is something that was explained to me and although I really didn't agree, I conceded as I was very interested and committed to buying this vehicle. Since I was buying the vehicle sight unseen. I asked asked several questions about the condition of the vehicle and maintenance. I was assured everything was fine. Carsandpickups make you sign contracts all vehicles are sold as is! Overall, i guess their pricing is so aggressive that they can't performed any inspections or invest additional resources to ensure there vehicles are in top working condition. Received my new truck with two dead batteries that had to be immediately replaced ($300) since the truck wouldn't start. I researched the batteries and found out one battery was a 2014 and the truck is 2016? Hmmm.... Wonder what is going on here??? Many lights are burned out and need to replaced. Oil looks dark and i have no idea when it was changed cause I'm sure someone could have just reset the electronic gauge. I was told to run the truck for 30 days and they take it in? Seems risky! Lastly, called the dealership day after i took delivery to speak with the sales manager who oversaw the transaction. He was too busy to speak with me cause he was helping potential customers and would be very busy all day. Wait, I thought I was a customer as I actually made a purchased. The person I spoke with took my information and said the sales manager would call me back. No call, i guess he was too busy and never called back! On a positive note, after many months of researching a ford f250 customized trucks, I finally found the perfect one at carsandpickups.com. Got exactly what I was after! The transaction was quick, efficient and seamless. Purchased on a tuesday and took delivery (1000 miles away) four days later!!! Awesome, well-done and very happy. So close............. Went from five star one star over basic functionality of the vehicle. Seems penny wise, pound foolish.

Before you sign the "As Is" discloser (Half a lemon)

Buyer beware, make sure you inspect as many "basic" functions as possible on a vehicle you're considering purchasing from this dealership. Matt the manager/finance guy and I discussed how every vehicle must be able to pass state inspection before being sold while I was signing the "As Is" discloser. WELLLL...! First, I tried to blow the horn in excitement just before driving off the lot and realized the horn didn't work. After going back in and informing my salesman Christian of the issue I was instructed to take it to the overflow warehouse where it was discovered that there was no horn...LITERALLY, the horn was missing from under the hood! The new aftermarket horn that was installed on my RAM 3500 dually pick-up truck sounds like a Toyota, at which I fondly named her "Squeaky". Second, while installing the horn it was discovered one of the white reverse lights were out, and it was also replaced. So much for ensuring all vehicles pass inspection, right? Third, the brakes squeaked a little during the test drive; however, after I drover off and they warmed up they really started squeaking something awful! I call the store three days after purchasing the vehicle to ask if something could be done about it, and I was very politely and professionally told nothing could be done about it (go F yourself). But the kicker was when Christian said "call me back and let me know what the problem was", really! BTW Christian...it cost $480 to change the brake pads on all four wheels. Finally, while sitting at a red light I grabbed the handle to recline the seat and the handle can off in my hand...WTF!!! I hope these are the only issues I will have with this truck, and nothing more serious is discovered. Thank you carsandpickup.com for taking my $31,919.75

So let me explain what kind of service we dealt with while buying from C and P. We live in montana and we bought from texas we understand it may be difficult to ship a large truck that far and we knew that but they made it seem like they do it all the time. So after 3 weeks of no solid answers of shipping dates or delivery dates we requested our shipping money back so we could come get it. So we had to find family to watch our 3 kids and fly down with our Infant. So after hours of flying and driving we arrived and the trucks interior was completely trashed, many things damaged, dirt all over the place, many things that did not work, things that were in the deal that weren't on the truck. So they had the truck for 3 weeks after we bought it and did not clean it. The truck we love but after paying so much for the truck we could've played way less for this vehicle. If you are looking online do not buy without seeing more pictures and video. They thought it was okay to sell us a dirty, damaged vehicle. The thing that grinds my gears is we were expecting something we could love after travelling so far but it was the complete opposite. We had to clean the truck for several hours after we drove away.

I am from Maryland and had been searching for the right truck for a little over a year. Eventually I expanded my search area to cover the whole nation and when I did I discovered a truck here. I requested some more info and the first call I got was from Matt. He had Clint contact me to answer all of my questions. Clint was easy to get a hold of whenever I needed to speak to him be it talk or text or email and always responded in a timely fashion even after hours. Clint answered all of my questions and then some and directed me back to Matt to finalize the details. I flew down and the entire staff welcomed me on my arrival, inquiring about my trip down and offering me refreshments and a comfortable place to rest if needed prior to getting down to business. Everything was ready to go prior to my arrival. I took a test drive, signed papers, and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. Their hospitality is second to none and completely different than what you would expect from a car dealership. The entire process was pressure free and painless. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. If you're looking for a car buying experience you will be 100% happy with this is the place.

Contacted Cars and Pickups after reading good reviews, soon after I was contacted by Clint and insulted on my trade with a price lower than any blue book out there. Was told I didn't have the model I said I did and offered 5k lower than other dealerships. Unfortunately I didn't get to continue my experience but it was clear it would be problems from here on out. Maybe you'll have better luck with Christian, I was ready to buy and quickly shooed away. I see they respond to bad reviews blaming the customer, dont believe this one.

Carsandpickups.com is without a doubt the best dealership experience I have had to date. I have purchased dozens of vehicles via the internet over the years and the staff here are over the top. I drove over 680 miles to trade in my GMC for a newer diesel truck. The entire experience was hassle free and without any anxiety. The General Manager Matt was up front and honest about everything. Even called before leaving and mentioned my trade-in was not as expected. His honesty, integrity and straight forward approach to business was definitely a factor at my decision to push this deal through. The gentlemen that absolutely made the deal go through was Christian. I cannot say enough about he attention to detail and being completely honest with me up front. I can tell you the pictures they post of their inventory do not do any of them any justice. Having had time to browse the lot before they opened I was completely amazed at the quality and quantity of pristine vehicles. I will definitely buy from carsandpickups.com again and look forward to the opportunity. It is worth the time to fly or drive to Dallas for these vehicles. You will not be disappointed. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Carsandpickups.com. From the very first there was no pressure and all of my concerns and questions were answered. Christian was my salesman and I can't say enough about his help and knowledge of trucks. This was my first diesel truck and I had searched all over and at all of our local and distant dealers without finding the selection the Carsandpickups.com has and certainly not at their pricing. After consulting with a very patient Christian about their trucks and what I wanted I finally made the decision to purchase. I was to busy to actually go up and drive the vehicle and was really relying on Christians word and experience. I thought it would be a few days to get the truck delivered to me but Christian had it sitting in my driveway the same evening even though I am about 100 miles away. The truck was actually better than what I could see from the pictures and videos Christian sent. I highly recommend buying from Carsandpickups.com especially if you can't be there in person.
