Refreshing Experience at VW of Abilene

Bailey was kind and prompt with her service and knowledge. The gentleman who washed my car was not satisfied with the cleanliness the first time through and ran it back through a second time - that attention to detail is refreshing. All staff members that I encountered were friendly, smiled and said hello. The facility was very clean including the restrooms and the service bay. You should be very proud of your team and your processes.

Quality Work & Excellent Customer Service

The quality of work has been great the few times I've been to the dealership in in last 5 years I've had my VW. My visits have primarily been due to recalls vs problems with my car. They have excellent Customer Service on the phone and in person. My most recent appointment had been rescheduled (not my choice) to an early morning (7:30am) appointment. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and I live an hour and a half away which was fairly inconvenient but I didn't realize the appointment time changed until the night before and it was too late to reschedule. When the appointment was originally scheduled I had been told to plan for 2 hours for the service. The morning of the service I explained my confusion with the reschedule and they were very kind and chose to expedite my service. I was surprised when they approached me after about 30 minutes so say my car was ready to go. It was very much appreciated!

Got us a 2019 Tiguan with 43k on it

David did not pressure us to buy. He answered all our questions and addressed concerns about door dings in the vehicle by having them repaired. He was very friendly and personable and made the buying experience (which can be stressful) pleasurable. He also walked us through the Carfax report on the Tiguan we were looking at. Seeing that all scheduled services had been performed at the dealership where we have our own VWs serviced allayed concerns about buying a used vehicle. David emphasized his availability any time post-purchase should we have questions about our Tiguan.

Pleasant service experience

Went in for oil change, but tech noticed timing cover oil leak. Could fix at the same time. I was given a ride home. When car was ready service rep (Bayleigh) offered to have someone come pick me up. As my wife was stuck in a meeting and had our other car, this was very helpful and appreciated as was a "goodie bag" I was given of 3 VW branded mini-flashlights just in time for stocking stuffing! Also, Jacob was a very good driver and personable. Quality people work here and they always treat me right. And don't forget how nice it is that they wash your car before returning it, even if you just came in for a simple oil change.
