Kia of Abilene

As per normal, my visit began really well. I was just looking around, not necessarily intending to purchase a car. The man was helpful and seemed to be knowledgable. Little did I know it was just a rope to wrangle me in. When I sat down in his office to begin discussing the prices, payments, etc., everything went south. Rather than negotiating, reasoning, and trying to help me out, all I received was constant pressure to make a decision. I have not ever been in a salesman's office to where I was that stressed out. The salesman talked down to me, his words were very pointed and rude. It was very unenjoyable. When I tried to turn down the deal, he kept badgering me. I ended up walking out of his office after shaking his hand and was greeted by another salesman asking questions. After explaining the same reasons of why I did not want to purchase that day, the second man just walked off without a handshake, "goodbye," or "have a good day." I was not treated very well at this dealership. The overall sales objective of Wild West Kia in Abilene is flawed and I will not be back to visit. If I were you, I would look at other dealerships. Even if you have to travel to Dallas, Austin, etc. It will be a much better experience.
