The people were a pleasure to do business with and enjoyed my buying experience. My buying experience started by phone and email and was a pleasure. The day I picked up my purchase, my vehicle was ready and they were very efficient with the paperwork. Never felt any pressure to buy something I was not interested in, and they went out of there way to find my vehicle.

I really enjoyed my stress free visit I explained what I was looking for we walked through options and Mr. Davis was not pushy or just throwing cars at me I'm happy I was able to get the car I always wanted and I was soooo happy with the friendly staff everyone that I did and did not work with were very very kind and warming he has definetly gained a loyal customer in me and I will refer whoever I can to Russell Barnett Ford in Tullahoma.. #ILoveMyFordEscape........

Stopped in just to look at the deals for new 2015. Went home with one because the deal was just to good to pass up. 2015 at 2013 price with good financing. Jason Davis worked his magic again. I have worked with most of the Mid Tennessee dealers and not been as happy, from the time we started looking to signed papers out the door with the new truck 3 hours. No hassle no I have to ask my finance for that deal just yes or no. sincerely Mr Shaun Sullivan

I received excellent service when purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus. From the time I walked in until the time I drove off the lot with my car everything was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The salesman went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my car and my experience. The best part was the personal walk through of all the features of the car before I drove off the lot.
