Bought a used Chevy, had it almost a month, started having transmission issues, brought it back to be checked, was told nothing was wrong, vehicle continued to have the issue, brought it back again only to be told "Sorry, you bought the car as is!" Worst experience with a car dealership ever, will never go back, and continue to tell people about the experience.

Making payments for nothing

NEVER buy a used car from Volunteer Chevorlet. We bought a 2006 Honda Accord in March. The salesman assured us this was a safe and mechanically sound car. "We could never sell anyone a piece of crap after our inspections" were his words exactly. We have driven less than 1000 miles with it and were not due for any preventitive maintenance (said the dealer). We were trying to get the engine fixed for the second time and our mechanic is telling us we need a new engine... that costs more than we bought the car for. When we brought this to Volunteer Chevorlet's attentention two months ago, they refused to make any effort to even care about this problem. If you would like to get a good deal on a car, please look elsewhere.
