We bought two new vehicles from Jackie at Sharp in 2004. We bought from them becasue they do not require arbitration agreements to purchase. (An arbitration agreement takes away your right to a jury trial in the event of a dispute.) Sharp does not have to worry about unsatisfied customers because they take care of their customers. Jackie has gone above and beyond even after the sale. I've never delt with the service dept because my salesman has always made the arrangements, and he has always provided a loaner car. My next vehicle will be purchased from Jackie at Sharp.
