I currently have our 911 serviced at Porsche of Nashville. They do excellent work. We decided to also get a Porsche SUV. I worked with Cy in buying a new Porsche. He was great. He knew the car and answered all of my questions. He was courteous and respectful of my time. He could not be more accommodating and helpful in making everything go smoothly.

All the folks we encountered at Porsche of Nashville were excellent. Patrick was phenomenal - a super nice guy, accommodating, efficient, and spot-on throughout the purchase process. Disappointing Experience

My husband and I were looking at trading our Cayenne in for another SUV yesterday. We had narrowed our choices down to a Macan at Porsche of Nashville and a GLC at Mercedes Benz of Music City (they were the same price). We were surprised when Porsche of Nashville offered us $5000 less for our trade in than Mercedes Benz of Music City. Insult was added to injury when Porsche of Nashville refused to negotiate or budge on the trade in even after they kept us waiting for an hour and then admitted they checked MBMC's deal sheet and couldn't find anything wrong with their numbers. Finally, we were offended when our sales person abruptly stopped talking to us and diverted all of her attention to another customer when he walked in. As repeat customers to Porsche of Nashville, this experience has made us think twice about giving them any business in the future.

Best Customer Service EVER!!!!!

We recently drove from Atlanta to Nashville to pick up our new car. We had been dealing with Jason Gentner by phone and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that he had everything all ready to go. He had even washed the vehicle himself! All we had to do was sign and drive. This was the smoothest purchase we've ever made! While the vehicle wasn't the most expensive one on the lot, we were treated as if we had spent two hundred thousand dollars or more. Jason was so polite, courteous, knowledgeable and great to deal with! He is truly a great asset to your company! Then, Nick, the finance manager, took his time explaining the terms to us, even offering us a great warranty! He went above and beyond and patiently answered all of our questions. These two were awesome and we would highly recommend them to everyone we know! True professionals!!!! Would give them 100 stars!

Not up to par for a luxury car dealer

Bought a $70,000 plus Porsche. It was delivered with flaws - 4" scratch on bumper cover, rusty wheel lug nuts, swirls in paint, a ding on one wheel and engine compartment not detailed. I should have been more observant. However, a dealer selling a fairly high priced car should be more diligent. Also, trade in value was extremely low. Again, my fault for being in too much of a hurry.
