I purchased a 450 two weeks ago and very simply put, the overall experience was exceptional. The facility itself looks like a high-end hotel lobby or like a museum. The service bay is open for viewing and it is pristine. My salesman was Brooks Lannert and he answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge about the product. Very courteous young man. Too bad all car dealerships do not operate like Music City. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I can’t say enough amazing things about MB of MC! From the time I walked through the door until I drove away in my new MB, I was treated like royalty. I suggest working with Bea. She’s been with MB for many years and knowledgeable about all the makes and models. I could tell she really cared about her clients and wants to do what’s in their best interest. My parents worked with Bea as well and loved her!

She has a wonderful and friendly personality, and I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesperson. She thoroughly explained the features and benefits of the cars I considered buying, which helped me select the perfect model for myself. I will most definitely work with her for any future purchases/leases. I highly recommend you visit Ms. Bea Mohsenin if you want to purchase or lease a Mercedes-Benz. Very good buying experience, with cars being hard to come during this chip shortage. Xavier Darden (Luxury Sales) was able to assist me in finding a great vehicle. Xavier was busy with other appointment customers, since I was a walk-in, but still handled my needs. The finance group was able to get the numbers right from my standpoint on the first stab of the deal and we moved forward. Great customer experience and very professional.

This dealership is the best in town! Its a pleasure going there and everyone there treats as though your business matters! Emilio was my salesman who initially helped me with my first lease. He called me periodically to check in with me. He was the one that thought of me and helped me get my newest lease, which I love! This crew is professional and provides a white-glove service, each and every time. Its a joy going there!

I had been waiting for a good MB dealer to arrive in Nashville... We have one now! MB Of Music City has been the best! I have been there several times over the past two years and have never been disappointed. They go beyond the expected. It is great to see the same faces each time showing that it must equally be a great place to work due to small worker turnover. They go out of their way to make me happy... I will continue to go there.....

I just finished my second purchase in three years with MBofMC and it will not be my last. I am a customer for life! The level of service that you will receive at this dealership is not like any you have had in the car buying experience. Emilio Valdivia is the absolute best! He truly cares about your experience and will make sure you are satisfied with your vehicle and will follow up periodically. FYI...I live three hours away and will always make the trip to Mercedes-Benz of Music City.

Can't say enough good things about working with MBZ of Music City! Kate Cardin is just fantastic and made it a truly pleasurable experience from start to finish. She brought the car to my house so I could test drive it, then took care of all the paperwork and delivered the car back to the house.
