Good, until it goes REAL BAD!!

The salesman seemed great & helpful. I picked what wanted to purchase, waited for someone to drive an hour to meet me with my vehicle I wanted to trade in. When my car got there they sold the car right out from under me! After an hour driving! When I complained to the owner he said "our policy is we don't hold cars" I asked to see the policy, Because I wasn't told this and sales rep KNEW the car was on way. He said it's not in writing! Then- how is that a policy!!?? He acted like he could care less, all he cared about was the sale. Who cares about inconvenience. Very rude. Don't waste your time! Stay away from there! Blink and will sell right out from under you!

Awesome Car Buying Experience!

This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Lakeway. We had a great first experience, so we decided to try them again! The sales guys at Lakeway don't give you all the high pressure sales tactics you find at most dealerships. They allow you to take your time, ask what you want, and test drive anything you want. Financing is easy at Lakeway, also. It really is the quickest and easiest place to buy a car. Everyone is friendly and says "Hi, how are you doing?" as they walk by. Great service department too, I actually came onto the lot looking for a different type of vehicle than the one I purchased, but as I was walking around a different one caught my eye! Looking forward to more business with them in the future!
