onI had a great experience with Autonation Nissan Memphis. The sales rep showed me cars I was interested in. He did a great job of allowing me to look without pressure. I left and he let me know when the car I was interested in decreased in price. When I was ready to buy, the whole staff worked quickly and efficiently to get the paperwork finished and me out the door in my new car.

Work was done fast

onI took my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for service and found I need an expensive repair. The work was done fast but my vehicle had oil fingerprints all over it and wasn’t cleaned, on the other hand the representative in the service department was top notch. I marked the I was a waiter at least until I found out the problem, but ended up having to get a ride back home once they told me at the dealership that they would at least keep it overnight to find the problem.

onThe reason for the low rating is for the services I asked for were not provided. I thought that setting up an appointment online would be easier so the dealership would know first hand on what I needed for my vehicle. By the time I left the dealership I realized one of the services I asked for was not performed on my vehicle, but i had no time to come back to get the service done . The staff was nice as always,but I was disappointed in the quality of work . Hopefully next time there will be communication on what's being worked on my vehicle. Thanks

Simple and easy

onFrom the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone was very nice and helpful. I worked with Mr. Reggie and it was a breeze. Mr. Reggie made me comfortable during my process and was able to answer all of my questions during the process. Jeremiah was such a sweetheart and certainly a comedian. He also made me feel at ease during the process. Mitch worked with me and got me the best possible deal on my trade in and the general manager was also exceptional. He walked around and interacted with customers throughout the dealership and there was another gentleman entertaining small children as their parents went through possibly a buying process.

Very Unhappy

onExtremely poor experience. Had to have my car towed to the location on Friday and was contacted on Saturday regarding having my fobs re keyed. The problem was not the fobs, they opened and locked the doors without issue. The technician said it might be the battery and I asked him to check it and if that was the case to call me back and I would purchase a battery and come get my car. I didn't receive a call so I called back on Monday and was told it wasn't the key fob and it wasn't the battery and I would definitely receive a call later in the day. I waited until Wednesday morning and called again to see why I had not been called regarding the problem with my car. I was told it was supposed to have been checked on Monday but they would definitely get back to me on Wednesday. Around 6:20 PM Wednesday I received a call stating the problem was a dead battery and I would have to wait for them to order one, I informed them I would purchase a battery and bring it to the dealership, have my husband install it and we would be on our way. I also asked if there would be a charge for the services and was told there would be no charge. We arrived around noon on Thursday and they jumped off the car, we drove it home and continued to drive it for a couple of more errands. Each time it started without fail. On Friday it did fail so we replaced the battery with the new one. From what we were told the old battery had a bad cell and that was causing the issue. Yes, we needed a new battery but why did it take 4 working days for the technicians to discover that. I will never have my car serviced here again.
