It doesn’t matter if you have an appt for service or not!! You will sit for 2 hours or more before they even get to your car!! I have used this place since 19 when I bought my Honda and have always had to wait WITH AN APPT for 1/12 - 21/2 hours, when the oil change only actually took 30 mins. They company don’t seem to care that they don’t tell you that when you make appt or while you sit wasting your day away! AutoNation you NEED to do MUCH BETTER!

I got the vehicle I wanted at the price. I've never owned a Honda, but from the time I searched on the internet until I had it in my possession I've been pleased. I went from Maserati to them and they definitely made me feel welcomed.

Extended my warranty!

Took my Ridgeline, with 83k miles on it, in for check engine light. Staff were friendly and professional from the moment I pulled into the service bay. They kept me updated while I was waiting and ultimately replaced my fuel injectors under a 150k mile Honda extended warranty. Zero expense to me and I was back on the road in a few hours.

My experience with AutoNation Honda Covington Pike was superlative. From finding the car online via an AutoNation listing, to contacting a knowledgeable salesperson for further information on the vehicle, through traveling to Memphis, TN (I'm from Florida) to see and purchase the auto, virtually everything was all I'd hoped to be. Rizwan Khawaja was my salesman and a Robert (don't recall his last name), who handled some of the final paperwork, both treated me like a very regular customer, they highly valued. All of the others at the dealership, who I had minor contact with courteous and professional. I'd return to do another deal, hopefully not for a while, ENJOYING my 'new' ride. NO dislikes!

Got a great truck

I worked with Kristin who went with me during the test drive. She was very informed on the truck and answered all my questions. I got a fair deal on my trade in I thought. Kristin also worked with me after the sale to arrange a fix on the back up camera which seems to be a common problem in that year model 2019, F150 with a 5.0 liter. It's not great on gas but it is powerful. Thank you.

Rachel my service advisor was so sweet and took care of my needs. She was very informative and had me in and out in no time. Even after I left I received actual pictures of areas on my car that indicated additional work needed to be done which was a great touch on keeping the customer informed. Give her a raise! The service waiting area atmosphere was pleasant and I snacked on some delicious popcorn while I waited. I also loved that feedback slips were available for the customer to fill out as well. I am more than willing to drive from Lakeland (past Wolfchase Honda) to get superior customer service and care from Autonation Honda on Covington Pike! Woot! Woot! Side note: This is my second Honda (I purchased my first one in 2004) I have purchased from Auto Nation Covington Pike and Terrence Wilkins in sales always takes care of me as well!
