My Good Experience

I gave this review 5 Stars because the service I had received on yesterday was very good! Although I was there for quite bit of time, it didn't seem like it 😆. Everyone I had spoken to was very polite and helpful! Shout out to Mr. Lee for the service and dedication. He answered all my questions I may have had although he was running like a chicken with his head cut off 😂. And also a shout out to Mrs Tina (I hope I'm saying her name correctly) for being a nice check out lady. Like, I said everyone besides the 2 named were nice and attentive. Greatly appreciate it!

Copy The staff at autonation ford on wolfchase, really understand what true customer service means. Things even as simple as a oil change they really take the time to explain and break down exactly whats going on with my vehicle. The experience at autonation ford wolfchase is something i look forward to every 6 months couldn't dream of going anywhere else for my services.

I took my 2009 Lincoln MKS to AutoNation for my 100,000 mile service on 11/13/2023 and received excellent service from the time I checked in until I I returned to the cashier for payment. I was very thankful for the valet service from the car dealership to my home and back. Everyone was very nice and respectful.

Service for Oil Change and tire rotation

Overall my experience was good but a few things that I did not like. I was at the Dealer before they opened and the second vehicle in line. My oil change and tire rotation took 1hr and 20 minutes. My vehicle has 24,000 miles on it. before they released my vehicle I received a call and was told that my air filter and in cabin filter needed to be changed. My husband had just checked my air filter before I left the house and it still looked brand new. However, 2 hours later it needed to be changed??. My in cabin filter certainly did not need to be changed since my car still looks and smells brand new. This is what I do not like about dealers, they try to get you to purchase unnecessary replacements to make money. Of course they only do this to the Women because they think we do not know anything. WRONG

I had a great experience at Ford Auto nation. I sent my car in for service. I was given an estimate on when my vehicle was going to get service. They stayed true to their word and completed the work. They gave me their honest opinion on what I should do next and were considerate about when I can pick up my vehicle. I had an awesome experience at Ford autonation. I will be back to purchase a vehicle in the near future.

Elijah was amazing and I recommend him to everyone. He extremely attentive to what I was wanting in a new vehicle. He had some vehicles ready for me to look at once I got to the dealership.
