We recently purchased our third new vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Knoxville since 2009. We have found that Sales and Service staff here is among the finest we have ever experienced. Our first transaction was handled quite ably by Mr John Atchley, a great gentleman, who passed away some time back. For the other two purchases we worked with Ms.Carrie Dugan.The common thread in all three sales transactions can best be described as knowledgeable, friendly, professionalism. Carrie Dugan has been especially helpful and patient as we hunted for the perfect fit for our needs and our budget. Carrie is truly a pleasure to work with. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience.
