Very prompt and courteous appointment process. Service department is top notch and staffed by very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Appointment was easy to make and very timely. No charge for my vehicle assessment that required no repair. More than fair.

Professional employees who have set service date , perform requests repair in a timely manner and actually listen to my concerns re: my Porsche. I currently deal with several dealerships in the Alcoa- Knoxville area in work related issues. Harper Porsche is number one in my experience with dealerships.

Fantastic Salesman and Dealer

I recently traded my late model cayenne Porsche for a certified pre owned Macan S. Trey Clayman was my sales rep and he is a pro. Not pushy, super knowledgeable and very patient as I am typically an indecisive buyer type. If you want a Porsche - call Trey. Dealership was fair and super easy to deal with as it is family owned and treat you like a person.

Purchased my Porsche Mecan GTS new at Harper Porsche of Knoxville. Derek B was most helpful. The vehicle has had all service and maintenance work performed at Harper over the past five years. The staff is professional, honest, and prompt with results. I recently had the car serviced and the response was quick and the work top notch! Ray is knowledgeable and courteous, and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommended!
