The ownership of a Jaguar Two Seater, has been a dream of mine since I was young. At the age of 75 my dream finally came true. Although the purchase was just a few weeks ago, I am thrilled with the quality, performance and looks of my Jaguar F-Type S. Furthermore, the treatment at the Dealership was far beyond what I expected. My contact, with the staff, started at the front door. I was treated cordially by everyone from the sales staff to the manager. This was by far the best treatment I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle! Harper Porsche Jaguar needs to be commended for their well run Dealership.

Service during and after the sale is absolutely outstanding. It was such a good experience that I have just purchased a second Jaguar from them. I have dealt with their service department for over ten years.. Work on my car is always done correctly and on time. I am always given a Jaguar as a loner. My vehicle is cleaned by the dealership after every service. It is always just spotless. Not just run through a car wash and allowed to drip dry as dome dealerships do, but is cleaned professionally inside and out. Very professional organization.

It's not often that I can express my satisfaction in working with a car dealership, so it feels nice to be able to break against prior experiences. My recent new car purchase experience with Harper Jaguar was and has been exceptional. Before I purchased my new car, I spoke with friends and colleagues about their experience with Harper - across all of their product lines. I received nothing but strong support and positive comments from everyone I spoke with regarding their sales and service experiences. For me this was a very significant part of the decision to deal with Harper. I have owned other higher end cars and have hated my experiences with other dealerships that acted as if they were the only dealership in town (which they were/are). Harper is also the only dealership in town for the brands they sell, but they don't behave that way. They acted as if they wanted my business and respected me as a buyer. Working with the salesman (Derek) was a complete pleasure. He was attentive, not pushy (how many times can you say that about a car salesman), was likeable and genuinely appreciative of my business. He communicated quickly and honestly - without a hint of pressure. Again he made the car buying process fun and easy - not a common experience for me. I look forward to a long relationship.

Everyone was great at the new Harper Porsche/Jaguar. Joey let us drive several vehicles and went over each one extensively. The paperwork was painless as well.
