Mr. Phillip McKnight was very kind and helpful. He helped find the right car for me and helped through every step. He taught me about the car and its features. He set some of the settings for me. He was concerned about my safety and set everything about that too. I trusted Mr. McKnight from the moment I first met him. Thank you Phillip and Serra. I love my car!

My Experience With My New Car Purchase At Serra

I could not have asked for a nicer group of people to deal with. They were able to locate and have my new car on the lot within 2-days. My 2013 Kia Soul was exactly as I had asked. They made the buying and closing financial aspects very clear and fast. Great guys all the way from the front door to the mechanics shop.
