My Q50 Red Sport

Very professional group to deal with. Friendly, very communicative and helpful. Car was fully serviced with a full tank of fuel. Spent over an hour explaining features of the car, pairing our phones and answering our questions. Couldn’t possibly expect more of a dealership.

Well to begin with I would recommend this place just for their Customer Advisor (Jose). We liked the car (QX80) from the very beginning but Jose made our car purchase journey very smooth. Great guy to deal with! Amazing experience. Give him a raise!!

Suspicious!

Suspicious... contacted salesman Jose the night before to come test drive a vehicle. The next day when we arrived at the agreed upon time, the price of the vehicle increased by $2000. The sales manager Justin G. Glenn told us the reason for the price increase was due to the cost they had to incur to prepare it to sell. They apprised my vehicle for trade in value so we gave them the keys and went with salesman Jose. When we left the dealership my check engine light was on. It was not on when we arrived. It seems a little suspicious that the price of the vehicle increased by $2000 and my vehicle which they just appraised suddenly had a mechanical failure. Justin G Glenn refused to negotiate was rude and accusatory.

It was a wonderful respectful experience. I did not feel bullied or like I was bothering someone to try to purchase a car. I worked with 3 different sales people during the process. It was for the great of the dealership not just for one sales person. They kept things moving for me so it did not take hours to get the purchase completed.

Professional start to finish

We had the opportunity to need a new car during the social distancing of COVID 19. We actually had our mind set on another brand but through a very disappointing interaction we moved on the Infiniti and it was more than we thought we could experience. I called with a very specific need, color, package, etc and Glen the salesman was quick to make it happen. The service was something that I had dreamed of but never expected to experience, but it was amazing. Start to finish the process was exceptional and I would strongly suggest anyone give them a look when shopping for a car.

Best Experience Ever

In buying dozens of cars and trucks over the years this purchase was probably the best. At Infiniti of Cool Springs we were not attacked like vultures by sales personnel. We were able to look around by ourselves a little while before we were approached by Steve Wevick and asked if we had any questions he could answer. The sales person was very knowledgeable and not only answered all our questions but showed us things we didn’t even think to ask. We went on a test drive and upon returning to the dealership our salesman asked if we had anymore questions and offered refreshments. We talked over different options and was given copies of everything to look at to help make our decision. We were never pressured or asked to close on a deal. We told the salesman we wanted to go to lunch to talk and try to make our decision. He said take your time and if you need a day or two I understand. That was so different than the pressure tactics some dealerships use. We returned about an hour later and was happy to drive away in a 2020 Infiniti Q60. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Cool Springs to everyone. I know I will be back in a few years to trade with them again.

The overall experience was great. Steve went over the functions of the car before we took it for a test drive. He made sure the transaction was completed very quickly with no hassle what so ever. It was a pleasure to do business with Infiniti of Cool Springs.

Great experience over all... always great service but when buying the extra coverage package they dont cover allignments and charge way too much. Thought that paying so much extra would cover such things so I wont be getting an alignment there ever. Just wish it wasnt pitched like all maintence is cover when it isnt.

First of all I never thought I would get the best deal on my Q50 from the Infinity dealership. I researched cars online for almost a week before coming here. From the moment I walked in the staff was great. From the salesman to the finance person they were professional and very accommodating. I left with a great feeling and a beautiful car. All I can say is thanks for the great customer service.

Never in my entire life have I ever had such a painless car purchase, they were all so unbelievably welcoming and by the time I was driving away with my brand new car I really felt like I had just been given a gift rather than a purchase, and that speaks volumes for David Pierce the Internet Salesman and the rest of the staff. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car.. I worked with David Pierce who was friendly, & extremely accommodating. He took care of everything from pulling me the exact models I wanted to see, to going through every feature detail by detail (at the very end of the night, mind you, when most people would be anxious to get home), to the purchasing process and having everything ready to go for signing without the long, drawn out process of most dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as David for purchasing your next vehicle.

I was in a situation where everything was going wrong. My back tires were leaking air so I decided to go ahead and replace them. They were running a special on the tires but didn't have in stock so gave me a loaner until came in. In the meantime, someone got a hold of my bank info and stole money out of my acct, then my other bank shut off my card because they mailed out one with a chip; all before I was about to move! John Ashley was so understanding and accommodating while I was going thru some bad luck and I just really appreciated it. A little kindness can go a long way!
