I was purchasing my leased truck and my sales person was great and the financing was very easy. I was in a hurry and we did almost everything over the phone. All I had to do was come in and sign some papers and I was in and out in 45 min.

Customer Service Went Beyond Expectation

My wife was leasing a car from the dealer and I was not looking for a vehicle. However, Franklin Ram had a nice selection of trucks, and I found one I was interested in. Over several days I was able to take the truck for a test drive and then able to take it home for a day or two. During this process there was no hard sales push. Dodge Ram let the vehicle sell itself and I felt very little pressure to purchase the truck. I found a few small issues that I noted to the dealer and these were fixed within a day or two. Afterwards, we were able to reach an agreement on the trade of my current truck for the new one. Again, the entire process was low key and not led by the dealership or salesman. The salesman I worked with was Walt. I would recommend working with Walt to anyone interested in the leasing or purchasing of a vehicle.

This purchase was one of the best experiences I have had in Thad many years of purchasing a new vehicle. Raquel was my sales person. She kept me up to date on all issues concerning my vehicle, was vey professional and always had a smile for me. David was not only professional but also always had a smile and was one of the most positive persons i’ve Had the opportunity to meet. Great service

I cannot stress enough how much Tucker worked to make a deal with me to ensure that I left in a new Jeep. He listened to what I wanted and somehow made it happen and I am happily leaving today with a new car. It’s nice to have someone work with you when car shopping instead of just pushing you to sign for a car you don’t want or aren’t ready to commit to. I would recommend this dealership and Tucker specifically for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.

Awesome experience

We looked on-line and called and set up an appointment for later that day and drove off with a new Jeep 2.5 hour later. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional. The business Manager was great to deal with as well!! Great experience as I have purchased or leased over 15 cars and this was the best!

ZERO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!

ZERO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! My review is a culmination of over a year of dealing with this absolutely terrible dealership. I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee new in November of 2015. The day I purchased it they were so nice and friendly, even going so far as to offer me free car washes and coming off of their initial price over $2000. Once I signed the papers it was all down hill. Before I ever made my first car payment it started blowing fuses. I called the dealership and I assumed they would have me come on in since I had practically just driven it off of the lot, NOPE, I was told they could see me in two weeks. Seriously, I had just bought the car and it was already malfunctioning and the best they could do is work me in in two weeks? FYI Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Columbia saw me the next day. Next there was a recall on my gear shifter (it was actually killing people). I called to schedule the recall repair and when I spoke with someone they made no mention that it would take several hours so I made no arrangements for a ride to and from the dealership (that would have been nice to know). When they did repair the recall it was not done correctly and the next time I got in it to go somewhere it would not start. I tried and tried to get in touch with them the next day to see what I should do and all I ever got was a voicemail. Again, Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Columbia to the rescue. They had a tow truck sent to my house and I was already in route to Columbia with my car on a Rollback before anyone from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep even returned my call. Do you see a pattern here? I was informed that when the recall was done the car should have been hooked up to a charger which was not done and that my car had to be reset as a security precaution. Next, I bought a service plan from them which included up to 6 replacement keys if they were lost or damaged. The first time I had trouble with one it was replaced. The second time I tried to file a claim they told me it hadn't been 6 months so I waited 6 months and they still refuse to replace the key. The dealership agreed it should be replaced but since the company they sold me the contract through would not replace it I was pretty much out of luck. There is nothing about this in the contract I signed with them at all. In other words they sold me something that will not be honored and they don't plan on doing anything about it. I was told in the waiting room that they would work on it and call me later and since they didn't have any keys in stock I could go on home. What they didn't know is that I called a day in advance to make sure they had keys in stock. I spoke with someone in the parts department gave them my VIN number and they told me they had 4 keys to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in stock. They lied to me to get me out of the dealership. I also bought a GAP insurance through them and ended up getting new car replacement insurance through Allstate. I decided to cancel my GAP insurance and followed the directions exactly within the allotted amount of time and never received a refund. My recommendation to anyone who wants to buy a Dodge, Jeep, or Ram is to drive a few extra miles to Columbia, TN. There service is spot on, they are super friendly and when you call you always talk to a person. I wish I had purchased my Jeep from them and I would suggest you do if you want excellent customer service or any customer service at all for that matter. Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep does not stand behind what they sell.

Terrible experience

Dealer purposely didn't tell nav radio means i have to pay $700 to get navigation. Then the day i pick up my car can't even discount it or pay for it or pay anything towards it. Very shady. Tried every trick in the book, using payments trick, high interest rate, switching vehicles on me. Just go to Franklin much more professional.

Best Car Buying Experience!

Last month I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited and I have to say I was treated with top notch customer care from start to finish. I absolutely LOVE my new car! And I'm so pleased with the service all the way around. If you are looking to buy a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep please go by and see Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Franklin and ask for Mr. Ken Stephenson! He is Excellent! so is the entire staff.

A Real Five Star Experience

I set out to buy a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 a few weeks ago. After conducting all of my research on Edmunds and other sites, I began contacting dealers to check availability and negotiate a price. Feedback from a few dealers gave me a sense of their price flexibility, I then communicated with Denise in internet sales and we negotiated an excellent price on a vehicle that was under order. We then set up an appointment to appraise my trade-in. When I arrived at the dealership, the general manager was there to greet me. He told me that Denise was not available and he put me with another salesman. This got me thinking that I was in store for some sort of "bait and switch," with no commitment on the price I negotiated with Denise or the vehicle I planned to buy. I couldn't have been further from the truth. The sales team not only readilly agreed to the price I negotiated on the vehicle I wanted, but they also convinced me how I could save several thousand dollars more by going with a fully loaded Limited. This was a win for them becaiuse this vehicle was on their lot, but also a win for me because it saved me over $4k on a lower sticker price and a better offer on my trade, with all but a few of the options that I wanted. I next spoke with John in the financing group. He gave me a great deal on financing on top of everything else, and sound advise about extended warranty options. I never felt pressure to buy anything, but he helped me come to a good decision for me on an extended warranty...truly an all around 5 star experience.

Treated just like family

This dealer matched a price from another dealer and even made me pay less. They treated me like family from the time I walked and still do. I had to leave to get something and they remained patient the entire time. They made sure I walked away with what I needed and I only paid what I wanted to pay. I would request this dealer to anyone in the future.

Southern Hospitality

Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!! A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Jeep started making a loud noise. This was on a Friday, wedding was Saturday, planned to drive back to WI Sunday. Concerned about the long drive back to WI, I had to get this loud noise checked out for any safety issues. I stopped in at this Jeep dealership and explained the situation. The auto services department was very backed up with work. Still they agreed to take a look at my Jeep considering the situation I was in. While we waited we enjoyed the customer waiting room and walked around talking to other employees, all who were incredibly nice. After spending a full half hour examining my Jeep, taking all wheels off, checking for any safety concerns for my long drive, they came to get me and told me there was no apparent safety concerns and I should be ok to drive home to WI where I could then have my mechanic at home look at the Jeep closer. Now came the moment of truth, payment! I was stuck out of state with no one else to help me. I figured these guys had me and could charge me anything they wanted. So when the nervous time came to ask them what I owed them, the representative responded with, "how about a hand shake." I asked if he was serious and insisted to pay a little. He just said "call it southern hospitality." I will forever remember their willingness to help someone in their time of need. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go here to purchase my next Jeep and enjoy more of their Southern Hospitality.

Be careful of their promises

I have to admit I could have walked away but didn't. My instincts were flashing red to walk away during the negotiation but I'm a loyal Jeep owner and was fixed on getting a new vehicle. I've owned 6 Jeeps in various models and love the brand. I knew what model, color and extras I wanted before I walked in the dealership. After test driving a similar vehicle I sat down to negotiate. They gave me a very low ball offer for my trade in which irritated me. Anyway, I was prepared to put money down so we continued the negotiation for the vehicle alone. After they showed me a price, I mentioned I had gotten another quote from another dealer, for the same vehicle with more options, that was a lower price quote. They were not interested in matching or at least looking at it. At that point I should have left. The sales person said they had located a vehicle that I was looking for but it was many miles away and they would have to see when they could get it. After working though all the details and getting financing, they could not tell me when they would get it or where it was coming from. I left with promises they would call me and let me know. Well, after a few calls and only one call back they said they had gotten the vehicle the next Thursday. I had planned to pick it up Saturday. I called 3 separate times during the week (every other day) to ask about adding some dealer options to the vehicle before I picked it up. Each time they said yes, no problem but could not tell me the cost. On one call, the receptionist told me the sale person I asked about was not in and I asked if I could leave a message and she told me that he probably would not get it and that I needed to call back later. When I arrived to pick up the car, they told me the second key was locked up in the service department so they would have to "overnight" it to me on Monday. After not hearing from them for a few days, on Wednesday I called and said I was coming to get the keys and the sales person said he had the key in his desk. I guess he never intended to mail them to me after all. I have to admit the all the sales people were courteous but they were either too busy to help or just wasn't interested in answering my questions especially after the sale. Now, I have the new vehicle and I love it, even though the steering wheel is slightly crooked (which they have promised to adjust) and I see no evidence of any of those high priced extras they promised they would add on for no charge. I believe I paid for them overall. I also noticed the tires were over pressurized almost to the max for the tire (49 psi). It was 40% over the recommended pressure for the tires. Overall, I was happy with the vehicle but the dealership made the buying process much more painful than it needed to be. For comparison, I purchased an Acrua a few months ago and it was a painless process. At this point I don't think they will ever call me back on the other options I asked about.
