Great Service!!

Fast & friendly. Extremely easy to schedule an appointment (they got me into service on the same day!). My service rep was awesome! And, my car was done the same day. I definitely recommend these guys.

Simpley Awesome Service!

We recently purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca. We immediately started to have dash indicator lights go off and wanted to figure out the issue. We brought it in thinking it would be a pretty simple fix, but found out that it would cost over $4500. We purchased this vehicle because it was affordable and, just having had a baby that spent some time in the NICU, our available finances are low due to medical expenses. The service advisor was awesome! He is working with us to get the work done and to help make the repairs easier to afford. We are hoping to complete this work in the near future. I want to thank Ryan Collins for being so good to us and working with us. He truly showed us that he cares and definitely made a believer out of us that the Darrell Waltrip brand stands for customers first, then business.

Very good visit

I found the car I liked online first, and submitted my interest. 10 minutes later Steve called to setup a test drive, which was very fast service. I went to the dealership 2 days later and Andrew was very helpful in taking me for a test drive and explaining all the features of the new car. I had not expected to purchase the car that day, but after weighing my options decided that it would be the best action for me. The team went through all my options with me very clearly and answered any questions without making me feel dumb for not knowing. I did not feel pressured into buying something I did not want and do feel that I got everything I did want. I really like my new (ish) Subaru and I'm very happy with the decision to visit this dealership.

Great service

Brought my 2013 Outback for a oil change and tire rotation, unscheduled, mention that I needed to have my wife to physical therapy by noon . I had arrived at about 9:30ish they had me out of there car washed by 11:15 ! I was very pleased. John Deason
