Ford Shelby GT 350 Purchase

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 from Rodney Breeding. Rodney could not have been more helpful through the process. I live in SC so there were some obvious speed bumps due to the geography. Rodney made it painless and the entire process could not have been any easier. Rodney even picked me up when I dropped my rental car off and took me to the dealership. Everyone there was amazing and there was truly a family feel to the entire organization. Were I a resident of Dayton, TN, I would give this dealership all of my business. These guys are the best!

Fair and trustworthy experience

We bought a used car from Charlie Rogers, and we are from Michigan. They made this purchase very easy to do, and helped us get as much information as we could prior to committing to buy, so we knew we were making the right decision. These folks are interested in making a good sale, not just any sale. Their southern hospitality made us feel like family! I will refer them to my local friends and family, and would buy from them again.

Rodney Breeding worked in unison to adequately achieve my demands on finding a dependable ride. Rex reached out & tackled an affordable rate. Casey gave me an astonishing deal on trade in. All the guys were friendly & easy to work with . They didn't kick me around like an empty soda can. My experience was as refreshing as sitting on the porch with a glass of sweet tea. Like having all my brothers looking out for me.

From beginning to end I had a great experience with my purchase. Rodney Breeding was fantastic, I am from out of state and he made sure to provide me with details and answer questions I had, before making the drive to look at the car. Once I was there and was able to check out the car, he and Rex Shipley made purchasing the car as smooth and easy as possible. I'm glad I made my purchase from them, and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

I recently traded-in for a 2013 Ford F-150 at Charlie Rogers Ford in Dayton, TN. Overall it couldn't have been a better experience. Working with Curtis Bowery (Sales Professional) and Casey Pendleton (General Manager), they offered me a good price on my trade-in vehicle, helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and within my budget, and provided great customer experience (good communication, quick to work the deal, and easy to work with). Casey Pendleton, the sales manager is a jewel! He listens to the customer's needs and goes to extraordinary efforts to get you what you want. He follows up after the sale to ensure your satisfaction. If needed, the service department is also first rate. We just purchased our fourth Explorer from Charlie Rogers Ford...and Casey Pendleton. He knows his stuff and becomes your friend in the process! When my Jeep Liberty finally gave up the ghost after 200,000 miles, I was up the proverbial creek with no paddle. My husband and I knew I was going to be needing a new vehicle soon, but we didn't expect to be looking a month after we began saving for a down payment. I knew what vehicle I wanted, however, I didn't know how to go about getting "the one". We had only had enough time to save a minimal amount for a down payment before my Jeep bit the dust. Plus, we had really just began crunching numbers to figure out how much we could budget out for a monthly car payment. We really only knew of one person we could rely on to give us the straight truth and that person was Casey Pendleton at Charlie Rogers Ford. The problem was that I wanted to buy a 2016 Toyota 4Runner...not a Ford. While this would pose a serious issue for some car dealerships, it was not a problem at all for Mr. Pendleton and Charlie Rogers Ford. Mr. Pendleton went above and beyond to find the exact 4Runner that I wanted, even though he worked for a completely different car manufacturer. I rely heavily on my transportation due to working an hour away from my home. With this being said, I needed my 4Runner and I needed it as quickly as possible. Not only did I get the exact 4Runner I asked for, but I got it within 6 days of my Jeep's death...and Mr. Pendleton got the 4Runner within my price range. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my new 4Runner and my husband and I are so very grateful to Mr. Pendleton and Charlie Rogers Ford to all that they have done for us in these past few days. Mr. Pendleton made the transition from old vehicle to new and improved vehicle a painless one and I am very thankful!

Best car experience ever

I have bought 10 new 3/4 ton trucks in the last 6 years(including all 3 of the big 3) and this was by far the best and easiest buying experience yet. I recommend Charlie Rogers Ford and Casey Pendleton to anyone looking to buy. But becareful because Casey will give you such a good deal that it will be hard to say no!

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color. Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

Buyer Beware

In February 2014, I purchased a vehicle from Charlie Rogers Ford over the internet and paid them to have one of their employees drive the car to Texas so I could take delivery. When the car arrived, the left rear wheel and tire were damaged (looked like someone had a hard hit on a curb). This damage was not disclosed in their description of the vehicle. While trying to decide to accept delivery of the car, they offered to pay me $500 to help offset the cost of repair or replacement. I accepted their offer and subsequently spent $1,400. After several weeks, I communicated with Brian S. (salesman) and he said he would check with his General Manager and get back to me. He never responded and has failed to reply to multiple requests thru April of 2014. It is more than obvious that they never intended to honor their verbal agreement and just did what they needed to do so that I would accept delivery of the vehicle. Please be very careful in your dealings with this dealership. They have proven that their actions are that of a typical used car lot and not those of a reputable Ford Dealership.
