Clint Spivey is one of the most honest and straight shooting salesman I have ever known. He is always in a great mood and fully explains the options and operations of a vehicle. He has been at this dealership for quite a while now, so he knows his way around the place to coordinate all portions of the sale. He tries to get you the best deal possible on every purchase. That is why I have purchased 5 new vehicles from him. Look forward to my next great deal and visiting him during my servicing appointments.

I can't say enough good things about Cookeville Hyundai and our buying experience. Clint Spivey was our salesman and he went all out to make sure my wife got the vehicle she wanted, in the color she wanted, with the features she wanted, for the price we wanted. The prompt response to my on-line inquiry, made me want to meet Thomas and continue our negotiation of the car(s) he suggested. I had been searching the web for ALL 2017 hybrids in my price range and quite willing to travel to Atlanta and NC to test drive the cars that piqued my interest. Lo&behold, right in my backyard, the knowledge and professionalism in negotiating a car right for us with Thomas Owen closed the deal. Financing was a breeze with help from Jordan. I just purchased a 2017 Elantra at Hyundai of Cookeville, and my experience was amazing. EC provides amazing service and cares about his customers. If you are looking for a new car, go to Hyundai of Cookeville and ask for EC! You won't be disappointed. I have had a honda, but am so glad I chose a new Hyundai.

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful buying experience at Hyundai. I value efficiency, and I texted the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in from my online search of the Hyundai of Cookeville website in hopes of not spending my entire Saturday car hunting - my salesperson Thomas had them ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Thomas was very courteous, professional, and most importantly, low pressure. I fell in love with a Tucson, and Thomas worked to get the deal done. I also had a very nice, friendly experience with the Finance department. Stepping into a car dealership gives me anxiety, and I had none while I was at Hyundai. I was in and out with a new vehicle in less than two hours. That's definitely a record for me, and I'll be bringing my vehicle in to be serviced there as well. A+ rating - I could not ask for better.

Our salesman Thomas was great. He listened to what we were looking for and took us for a long test drive. He explained all the features of the car and answered many questions. Incredible care and service

I came in yesterday with the intent of just picking up my $2 from the game card and going on my way. When we got to talking, I explained that I drive from Cookeville to Atlanta fairly often, but that I don't get the best gas mileage in my truck. Alec Shoemake said that they could most likely hook me up with a brand new Elantra and save me some money on my payments. I honestly didn't believe him, but obviously lowering my debt to income and gas expense would be great, so I let them look into it. Fast forward about and hour later, and I'm saving $100 off my payments and getting double the gas mileage. Alec and the whole team at Hyundai took very special care with me and I really appreciate that!

Thomas and the crew at this dealership went all out to get my deal done. The best thing, I didn't have to spend the entire day at a dealership, or try to fight for a great deal. I was asked, what I was looking for (price wise), and they went to work! I think I was there a total of 3 hours, from the time I arrived, till the time I drove away in my NEW CAR! Thats the FASTEST I've ever bought a new car. Pros: Nice sales people that are NOT pushy, And the greet you as you arrive on the lot. Easy to deal with. FAST! Smaller dealership, but has lots of Cars/SUVs on the lot, ready to go. Cons: Its a older dealership, and the building is not in the best shape The pavement isn't in the best shape either. Detail guy missed a few spots Overall: Very happy with my purchase! It was 12 degrees outside, and everyone was still very upbeat and happy I was there. The car was setting on the lot, and ready to be taken for a drive. My salesman was awesome, with no pressure. Got my deal done, and at the price I wanted.

What a great experience at Hyundai of Cookeville. They made the process extremely easy, especially our salesman Jordan Roller. We drive six hours from Alabama to make our purchase. Jordan had the car waiting on us when we got there. We were in and out in less than two hours. I would recommend Jordan and Hyundai of Cookeville to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai.

Alec Shoemake worked diligently to make the sale without too much coercion and was running between the sales manager and service people to get the car ready for me to review. It is good to see a young man working so hard to do a good job in an era where young people would rather do nothing. My prior experience has been with Toyota vehicles and this is my opportunity to check out the reliability and service of Hyundai. The dealership gave a better price than other Hyundai dealers in east Tennessee.
