Excellent Experience - Again

This was the 7th vehicle I have purchased from Landers. The ordering process was simple and MSRP was honored(like always). Jason Adams notified me when my truck came in on the hour and had everything set up and ready to go for me. The paperwork and finance side took less than an hour from when I walked in the door. Honest dealership with straightforward business practices. They have my trust and it is because of that I continue to shop there from a neighboring county in the Mid South.

I luv the pick up & delivery! The text communication was excellent. Driver was on time, courteous, professional. My side window was replaced and works like new. My truck came back on schedule and clean. I am 100% satisfied. I will recommend Landers Ford to all my friends.

No tire warranty

I purchased several tires from Lander Ford in collierville for my 2018 F150 I purchased from there. I had problem with back passenger tire the manager claim I didn’t purchase road hazard on the tires i always get road hazard on my tires. I had to purchase a new tire because Lander didn’t warranty the tire I purchased 7 months ago. They claim the tire wasn’t repairable.

Ford Explorer Purchase

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2022 Explorer XLT at Landers Ford Collierville ,TN. Our sales agent was Matthew Hudson and he was great to work with--knowledgable-courteous & professional! We had lots of questions as it had been several years since we bought our last vehicle and Matt was patient and responded well to all our questions. He definitely helped us get through the entire purchasing process!! We would definitely recommend Landers Ford Collierville and Matt Hudson.

oil change

Charged a shop charge to change oil in my expedition. I have bought more than a dozen vehicles from Landers Ford. This is price gouging. I WILL NOT NEVER RETURN TO LANDERS FORD FOR ANYTHING. GOOD COMPANY JUST GONE BAD.

F150 Serviced! But they left the OIL CAP off and OIL sprayed everywhere!

I got my 2021 F150 Serviced & oil changed in the QUICK LANE, but they left the OIL CAP off and OIL sprayed everywhere all over my engine and dripped all over my garage floor! What a mess. Not sure how this even happened.

Landers Quick Lane….Not So Quick

Had a nail in sidewall of tire I had purchased from Landers Collerville…..they had to order another tire and was informed to just come get truck. They were just going to add air in old tire and have me drive around with a slow leak until new tire came in, which would have been stopping every few hours to add air to tire. Wow! Told the service guy to please put the spare on truck as that was not an option and was told they would have new tire probably by Monday and they would call me. Never heard from them and after leaving two voicemails, finally got hold of them and was told tire was in…. This took a week. When I went to get new tire, I told service rep I would leave truck and go ahead and do oil change while it was there to save me a trip back for service. Came back that afternoon to get truck, they had new tire on but no oil change. Ok, I’ll just have to come back later and waste more time ….. went to get in truck and saw that they had just thrown my spare in the bed of truck and didn’t hang it back in under bed hanger. After taking 10-15 minutes for service rep trying to figure out who didn’t do their job, they finally had a guy come out and put spare away. They need to get on the ball and not just do everything half ass.

Software errors

Car has multiple one ti.e issues. Nothing done to eliminate problems because no error codes. Ford doesn't allow parts to be replaced without a diagnostic error. Safe for them, problems for me. They could do better if I left the car for 2-3 days. No loaners.

Recall and service at Landers Ford

Good luck trying to ever reach anyone in the service department. They don it pick up phone calls and do not return messages. Had a recall on my Ford Explorer for the backup camera. Screen turns blue sometimes. I was told it was fixed, one day later same problem. They did not fix it.
