Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I recently took my 18 Ram 1500 into Collierville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram. Long story short, a cable was misrouted, and the main wiring harness was damaged in the process of running some wiring. I dropped the truck off with Chad Johnson to have the issue looked at and the best way to have the harness replaced or repaired if it was fixable. Chad went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I can tell Chad treats every customer like just that a customer ensures their issues are addressed, and the customer is satisfied at the end of their visit.
