Rubicon Ripoff

Went to dealer ready to spend money and buy a stock Rubicon. Each one had a "LOA 5000" fee added to the sticker price. I asked what it was and they said it was a "Limit of Availability" fee. This brought the total price to $42,000. I walked away. Called another dealership further south and bought the EXACT same jeep without the added "LOA" fee for $33,775. They are taking advantage of people. My advice, shop around.

Excellent Service!!!

I have to say that in all of the car buying experiences I have had, the ABSOLUTE BEST by FAR has been with the sales team at Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN. The iTeam Sales Manager and Expert, John K. has performed flawlessly in every respect. He been not only courteous but has handled all of the details for the purchase of my new Dodge Ram 3500 Crew Cab without so much as a minor hiccup. The deal made for my Trade-in, was well above board and done with the highest degree of professionalism. The Sales manager David L. was not only a true consummate professional as well, but easy to talk to and simply reinforced my decision to my new truck 500 miles from my home. When you get that kind of treatment coupled with the degree of dignity and respect from a dealer you can’t help but offer the highest recognition for that type of service. Awful staff

Dealership has awful service and never wants to do warranty work. I ended up selling my dodge and getting a Chevy from James Corlew. The service manager talks to people like they are stupid.

2007 truck

I had bought 2007 DODGE Pickup recently from Gary Mathews. The exact truck that I wanted they didn't have at the lot so they had found me one, from Nashville, and added on to it the accessories that I wanted. I had gotten a real deal with little haggeling on my part needed. This is the second truck that I had bought from this dealer in the last 3 years. I recommend it to anyone. The truck department manager, Chris Poe, has the knowledge you need for customizing your truck. My Sales Person was Cherie Gunstall, she was pertent on me getting the right price for my truck.
