Dean is a rockstar salesman!

Dean was my kind of car salesman... Never pushy yet well informed about his inventory and their options. He listened to what we wanted and didn't want, let us make the decision in our own time and helped put a great deal together. I would recommend Dean and MVC over any other Shelby dealer in the area!

My Purchase of a 2016 Silverado High Country

It was a pleasure to deal with Mtn. View Chevy. Everyone there was courteous, polite and knowledgable about their vehicles and services. My salesman was very polite and courteous and answered any question I had about my new 2016 vehicle and in getting the paperwork processed in an expediate manner. I have done business before in having my 2007 vehicle serviced here and was well pleased with the results. I would suggest to anyone to check out Mtn. View Chevy before buying a vehicle or having service performed on their vehicle. Great people to do business with. They will work with you.

2013 Silverado service

I felt I was very informed with what was being serviced and kept up to date of the issue with my 2013 Silverado. Perry was an excellent service provider and Lisa was very organized in reminding me of service (call and email) and following up with me afterwards.

Service was excellent as usual however upon leaving was told I had to pay for my service. This would have been fine except that I have a 2 year service agreement for oil change and tire rotation. This was corrected quickly but since I made sure when I called for the appointment to tell them I had that service plan thought it needed to be pointed out.

Rick really made all the difference in our buying experience. But, after bringing our new car back for detailing, let's just say, it was less that perfect. My car looked better before it went through the clean up. Poor Rick was standing in the cold cleaning my car with a cloth on the 50 so or spots that were left, There was no way they did not see those spots. A blind man would have seen them! Not to mention the fact that my car is black and now has swirl marks from what I am certain was just a lack of caring on the part of your clean up employees. That was my biggest disappointment. What kept me from giving poor ratings was Rick. He goes above and beyond!

I dealt with Josh Wilcox at Mtn. View Chevy. I walked in, told him what I was looking for, what my budget was, and he made it happen. Bottom line. He wasn't pushy, he didn't force anything, he was insanely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, and he worked hard at helping me get my family the vehicle we wanted and that we love. Incredible salesman and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone interested in a new Chevrolet vehicle.

My Sales Consultant Joanna Crews was wonderful! She worked hard for me and she really showed she cared! Her job seemed very important to her. This is the 2nd car we have bought from Mt. View Chevrolet and have went threw Ric Clinton both times. I feel very confident when we speak to him about our needs in buying a car. Phone system sucks

My only issue with this dealership is the way phone calls to the service department are handled. the service writers do not answer calls and the girls who do, know nothing and cannot look up any facts on your car's status. They will not page the service writer and only offer their voice mail. NOT good customer service. Once you finally talk to the actual service writer, maybe after multiple calls or phone tag, the experience reverts to first class.
