We are extremely happy with our Ford F-150. This is the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman, Adam Cornett was excellent in explaining all the details of our purchase. The entire staff was very nice. We defintely are glad we went to this dealership.

Dont purchase Extended Warranty

So first off my salesman (forgot his name) and overall the car i purchased was amazing. I purchased the extended warranty plan through GWC warranty, because my vehicle was higher miles and i just wanted to cover my butt incase of something. Thankfully i never had to use it, again never had to use it! Now that i am in the market for a new vehicle the dealership is refusing to refund my credit union the rest of the retail price of the warranty. The reason being whatever is to get refunded to me will come out of pocket of the F&I Manager, Used Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. This is absolutely unacceptable. My family and I have purchased over 5 vehicles from them in the past and if this doesn't get resolved there will never be another one either.

Escaping in a 1.6 L engine...

I am happy - I really have been enjoying my new 2016 Escape, it is pretty inside and out with all the options I wanted... except one. The dealership had to trade cars with another dealership because they did not have anything close to what I wanted on their lot. I asked for the 2.0 L engine, but until I purchased it and got it home and looked at the sticker from the window (which I found buried in the glove box) did I realize it is a 1.6 L engine. I was driving a Ford Edge, 3.5 L engine so I didn't think anything of it when I test drove the Escape - I knew it wouldn't be as powerful as the Edge, and it was quite peppy that I assumed it was the right size engine. I have been able to get along with the smaller engine, but of course I don't get the gas mileage that I could get if I didn't have to push it a little more than I'd like, but I am not a Sunday driver - I go!! In all though, I am satisfied with the car and will make sure that when I trade this in I will get the bigger engine!!!

Everyone was so helpful and kind. They tried every avenue to find us the cheaper payment and done just that. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase so far. I bought a used car but it is like new!!!

Purchased a 2015 Ford Escape on Labor Day so the showroom was very busy but everyone was so nice even after working 5 hours with us to complete the transaction. We dealt mainly with Van who went out of his way to provide us with all the information and answers to all our questions. Susie was extremely helpful with her personal experience and knowledge of an Escape. The Loan officer (I believe his name was Mike) was so nice and made the transaction quick and easy. We feel like we made new friends because everyone was so friendly. Love, love, love the Escape! It has just a smooth ride and all the options that came with it are just a bonus to luxury! We have and will continue to promote the Escape and Friendship Ford!

Shopped on line for car I wanted found it at Friendship Ford drove 90 miles and saw the car it was as advertised and at the price advertised. James Moffitt was the sales person that handled my deal. I was in and out in about an hour and half and happy with the deal. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Moffitt.

Tim West was a great guy and listened to what we wanted in a deal. Friendly environment . All though the finance guy try to slip one by us with a higher APR but once confronted it was corrected . Now on to the detail part of the deal.. our car was scheduled to be detailed before pick up and once we arrived it was exact same as we left it.. that kinda made us feel like just because it was a used car it wasn't as important as if it was a new car.

Brittany the online consultant from the beginning was very helpful and pleasent to speak with. James Moffitt was who sold us the vehicle and we could not have been more pleased with him. He made us feel very comfortable and was informative and helpful throughout the whole buying process. There was a woman there named Susie who was very nice as well and made the experience that much better. Overall a wonderful experience and we are very satisfied. And thankful for the great staff at Bristol Volvo.

The salesmen here were very helpful without being pushy or obnoxious. They listened to what I needed, worked hard to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Then they worked just as hard to find a new lender for me when my bank did not want to do the higher loan amount. They even went so far to deliver the vehicle to me because I had no way of getting my car and my new vehicle home! I was pleasantly surprised at the way I was treated and the professional way this team treats their customers. I have already recommended them to several people, and I will continental to do so.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from James Moffitt. The car has everything I asked for. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Friendship Ford and James Moffitt.
