Sales manager untruthful and lies about his ads

They lie about their sales and prices. Their sales manager is the worlds worse, is loud and bigheaded, thinks everyone is a fool. I have bought one car from them in the last year with no problems ---but with their current sales manager they have lost two family sales this month. If they keep lying to everyone on prices and trade values like in the past 2 weeks, they will soon be out of business.

Get every little detail in writing when dealing with them

I bought a used car from them in July of 2010. They promised to make needed repairs using OEM parts and provide warranty for the service. Well they did NOT use OEM parts, used a unprofessional contract installer, and did NOT provide the promised warranty. Do not take them at their word. You will be sorry. I know I am.

Purchase of a new Altima Coupe 3.5SE

There are several Nissan dealers in my area. All have a web presence and seem to have a good inventory. I contacted 3 dealers in my area via email and Wolfchase was the first one to respond. The sales person was very polite and helpful. I checked with the Chamber of Commerce and got a good report on Wolfchase. I was eventually contacted by one other dealer but they did not seem to interested in doing business with me if they did not have a car on their lot that I wanted. Wolfchase did not have the exact car that I wanted but the sales person arranged for me to test drive a similar car. There was no pressure when I came in and I felt welcomed. I drove the car and knew that it was what I wanted. The sales person checked their incoming inventory and found the exact car that I wanted and told me that it would be there in about a week. A few days later, he called me and said the car had arrived. I made an appointment to come in and see it. When I arrived the car was ready to be shown and it was exactly what I wanted. The price was fair (I had done a lot of research on the internet) and I was treated royally. Wolfchase offers a few perks with a purchase of a new car. The first three oil changes are free. You get a card good for 18 free passes through their on-site car wash. Everyone I had contact with from the receptionist to the salesperson to the people that process the paperwork were competent and friendly. This was, without a doubt, the best new car buying experience that I have ever had.
