onMy experience was good, but when I called to make an appointment several days later the sensor on one of tires needed to be replaced. I was told I had to drop my car off, I never had to do that and want. My car is 2011 lacrosse I have had since 2011 always use the car service department.

onMichael Holland the service writer was awesome! Very helpful as to this was the first time I had my GMC AT4 serviced at Sunrise. I explained to Mr. Holland that I had purchased my truck at CarMax however I wanted it service by GM specialists. He went through in detail want my truck needed and want GM recommended. He also took the time to give me details on what would occur for each service, plus he made sure I knew where everything was located in the service department since this was my first time in. The service turnaround was fast and when I returned to pick up my AT4, Mr. Holland took the time to take me to the cashier personally. I really appreciated his niceness and helpfulness. He is a great asset to Sunrise and their service department.

Undisclosed Hail Damaged SUV

onSunrise Wolfchase will sell you a undisclosed hail damaged SUV as a certified Preowned and not honor the CPO purchase contract a week later after the deal is done. It clearly had a GM warranty block on it which is visible to the dealership in the GM system. This car was in a significant hail storm in Louisiana according to GM corporate. Buyer beware. They are selling damaged cars as CPO.

onMy service experience was awful and disrespectful of my time and business. I waited for 2 hours as my truck sat there with the service completed, because no one felt it was important to return my keys so that I could check out. My business and time was obviously of no concern for this department. The service manager was unavailable for a comment and I have yet to receive a call back at my request, because of this incident. What makes it worse is that I was not the only person that this happened too. They gave someone else a free car wash because of their poor customer service.

GMC 2019

onPretty upset that 1) I was told upon arrival that my truck would be ready in “a few minutes.” I’m reality, it was 45min. 2) My missing lug nuts were intentionally replaced with the wrong model and I was not informed. They gladly offered to replace with the correct model, but I was put off my the ethics of the situation on a new $60k purchase.
