onThe Staff at Twin City GMC/ Buick are the very Best From ordering my new 2022 GMC Yukon Denali XL, thru delivery OUTSTANDING. This is my second vehicle from Twin City and they have a Customer for life. Service Department is also Excellent and that is from my previous 3 year ownership of my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali XL. As a matter of fact my wife is now looking to buy/order a new Buick from Twin City👍👍

onCalled for service on my 2021 GMC. Had to wait from Tuesday of one week until Friday of the following week to schedule appointment. Asked for DEF to be topped off. Truck came back with DEF spilled all down the bedside. I've been using Twin City for several years for all my service. I understand we are in a time where we cannot expect the best customer service given the COVID pandemic and labor issues. But, I find waiting 10 working days to get something serviced at a dealership to be somewhat a long period of time.
