Absolutely got screwed by service department, found my problem only after warranty was over, which should have been found the first time my pickup was there while still under warranty, will never go back and buy another new vehicle from them

I made a routine appointment for an oil change at 8:30 in the morning, I was greeted and my car was checked in. I waited in the customer waiting area, which was comfortable and clean. There was fresh coffee and the TV was on for our viewing pleasure. The service to my vehicle was completed in short time. The counter supervisor explained the report to me and answered any questions I had.

They won't let you out the door.

I chose not to purchase a new Mustang from this dealership because, even though I told them I had an appointment to be somewhere else, they kept stalling me. They kept on the pressure and refused to let me out the door. If you want a high pressure experience when buying a car, this is the place for you, otherwise pass on this place and go to a different dealer. There are lots of places more deserving of your business.

Great customer service. Will try to do anything you ask. They delivered my new car to me clean and full of gas. Its nice to buy at my local dealer they support our town.
