I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. BUT the most impressive part was that every staff member I encountered while there made me feel IMPORTANT! I watched the way the employees treated customers, including myself, that came in while I was there and they treated all of us respectfully and treated each one of us like we were important people. I felt comfortable and relaxed because of the way I was treated, THANK YOU for teaching your employees how to do that!! Coming to do business there at White's Queen City Chevrolet was an experience Ill remember for a long time and when the time comes, I'll come back to you. I would especially like to commend Mr. Chrispen and Mr. Gengler for making my visit and satisfaction such a priority, the experience with these two employees was nothing short of amazing, thank you again.

This is the second new pickup that I have purchased through the dealership and again without a doubt the staff made me feel great about the purchase. A special thanks to Todd S. whom I worked with closely (email and in person) to find me what I wanted but none out there was just right. We then "built" the truck, and when I received it; it exceeded my expectations completely. I was going to buy my truck in Rapid but after standing in the sales lot for over 30 minutes, with no one to talk to; I left and will never return. Again thanks Todd for your help in making this another great Queen City experience!

The salesman answered emails in a timely fashion. Did not waste our time. I felt he listened to our needs/wants. I would go there again.
