onIf I could give zero Stars I would. I feel like I was put between a rock and a hard place. Absolutely zero negotiation on price! I purchased the USED vehicle because it had all the options my girlfriend wanted. I flew in to look at the car. The salesman was at least nice enough to pick me up to take me to the dealership. They had the car listed for $14,900 which was about $900-$1100 above retail depending on which car value site you used. They told me they had $3,500 into tires, alignment, brakes and front rotors, and a battery. Tires were new as well as the brakes. But the battery was very obviously never replaced. Even though they claimed it had been. The engine bay had not even been cleaned. And the car had sat on their lot for almost 2 months. I offered $13,500 Which I thought was reasonable for the in fact it had new brakes and tires. They absolutely refused. And then I said okay how about 14,500 then. And the salesman said no because they had $14,300 into the car and needed to stay at $14,900 to be able to make a profit. Which is complete BS because that would mean they took it in for thousands more than full trade in value. (high trade in is $8, 495. If the car was in mint condition meeting no dense scratches or imperfections. Which it has. ) The car is not cosmetically flawless as I stated. And it also had issues with the power liftgate not opening and closing properly everytime. (Which they also said they couldn't fix because they don't work on ford's. I should have gotten a better deal on the vehicle considering the issues it had and paint imperfections. I felt like I was pushed into paying that amount. I saved a whole whopping $248. Which was basically the doc fee. That was as much as they would take off. And they only would do that because the battery had obviously never been replaced. Which is a $100 item at most. Worst experience ever! Will not be doing business there ever again! I should have walked away and not purchased it. And told them I would get an Uber back to the airport and fly back home. However I still May return the car within my 7-Day grace. Because I felt like I got shafted. These cards are not "hard to find" as they claim like every dealership does.

Attentive to concerns

onWe were happy with the attentiveness and service except with one incident. When our car service was completed and car returned to us we noticed several steaks on the front windshield. We should have pointed it out before we left but we assumed wiper fluid would remove them. That was not the case. We tried using plain water, then windex and nothing worked. We called and talked to Rachel who was so apologetic. She told us to use Dawn and she wanted a call back. Dawn worked with some elbow grease. We appreciated Rachel’s attentiveness. The service department should have noticed this when car was brought to us. Overall everything else was fine.

onI gave necessary information via phone. When I arrived at luxury cars everything was ready to go. Very easy procedure. Doug even offered to drive to my house for paper signing. I am 85 and that was a nice gesture. The weather was nice so I drove to Sioux Falls. Car was ready so it was a quick transfer. I would highly recommend Doug and Joe to a friend for a car purchase.

onI never write reviews! I have purchased many new vehicles from another SF dealership over the past 35 years. I was always treated well in both sales and service. This year I decided I needed a change and stopped at the BMW showroom of Luxury Auto Mall of SF. From the first time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. As a first time BMW shopper, I needed a lot of guidance and Jeff C. was there every time! From the first demo drive, choosing the many options, placing the order, through the wait and anticipation of delivery, I could not have found a better guide. Jeff had the patience to answer any questions I had- regardless how trivial they may have been. When my X5 M50i arrived, Jeff, Joe, and the rest of the BMW staff made finalizing the sale as painless as possible. A huge THANK YOU to Jeff, Joe, and all of the BMW staff! I look forward to getting to know the service staff and enjoying the drive in my new "ultimate driving machine!!"
