They jerk you around for hours. play the back and forth game. Trade in value was a fraction were anyone else was. salesman got very angry when we asked for a better deal. Billion auto has the corner on car sales in our area and they do not need to be a good value or nice.

I am a hard person to please and believe that customer service in our society in general is poor. Freddy Brown and Ben DeSchepper showed me that customer service is alive and well in the Billion Motors family. I drove almost seven hundred miles to deal with them after weeks of comparison and shopping and I got a great deal and fair value on my trade. They have an innovative financing strategy that is a big win for the customer. I would send my mom by herself to deal with Freddy and Ben and will be buying my next car from them as well

Both myself and the dealership were misled by the mpg ratings of the Scion IQ. It is rated at 36 city and 37 highway however I am getting 27.7 mpg and I am a 65 year old rather slow driver.

My salesman actually got upset with me because I asked for a lower price on a car. I don't know if this is a sales tactic or if he was just rude...Not a pleasant experience at all and wasted a lot of my time showing me fictional numbers that we both knew were made up. The internet price is always below sticker price. They claim it is an error, but every vehicle is priced that way. ... I know that's part of the game, but their dishonesty and condescending attitudes are both greater than I've ever experienced when buying a used car.
