Buyer beware do not do business with this dealership. I have a work owed from Billion saying I get a Warrany they said no you don't. If I had something on that slip saying I owed them they would take me to court.. Very untrustworthy they can sell their car at sticker and then not stand by their word.

I was contacted by the internet department after a search for a vehicle on edmunds. I spoke to the agent who said he'd contact me later in the day. Well needless to say he never got back to me, and said he needed to speak to someone else before he'd discuss my deal any further with me. I was made to feel like a number, and that unless I had a substantial amount of cash down they didn't want to speak with me. What's worse is I was looking at the potential vehicle I wanted to purchase, and he told me I was wrong on price and options. I will drive somewhere else to do my next vehicle purchase. I asked to never be contacted by this dealer again.

I have been a frequent car buyer for many years. I live in a rural area so leasing a vehicle isn't an option due to the amount of miles I drive a day, so I "trade in" about every two years. After a 4 year break from dealing with the Billion dealerships in our area, because of the horrible service they provide, we had no choice but to go back. (they own 99% of the dealerships here) Once again we were reminded why we stopped buying here in the first place. The sales department lacks in the knowledge you would expect them to have for what they are selling. The paperwork was signed and a week later we found out the whole deal fell through due to the lack of knowledge on the financing side, and had to start all over. Another fail for this poorly operated chain.
