Bought F150 King Ranch. The associate we worked with was great. Went over options, both on buying and trading in previous vehicle. We were kept informed as to status of shipment. So what could be easier, walk in find a date on the service calendar for an oil change, this time, then drop the car off at Einspahr Ford, the afternoon before and leave the keys at the service desk. When the car was ready for us, we received a call from them, drive down at my convenience, pay for the work being done, pick up the keys and Go Home. That's the way it's been since we purchased the car and we expect it to continue to be that easy and convenient.

Bad Windshield Install Made Good

I found a crack in my windshield which I assumed was from a rock chip. After some investigation I found that the edge of the windshield had been damaged, likely before or during installation. I showed them what I had found and they immediately agreed and they replaced the windshield at their expense.
