Great service, great people

I was unable to get an appointment made ahead of time and spoke with a great service tech who recommended bringing it in the next day before 2pm. I came in expecting to be there all day but was quite surprised to have my oil changed, fluids refilled and even my tire pressure checked. I was out within a couple hours. I can't speak highly enough of the service team there. They were wonderful.

Reset oil change alert

I came in to the service office without a prior appointment and the service attendant came out and reset the alert promptly and without a problem. I was very impressed that he was so willing to help me without soliciting any other service. This was very pleasing and I will continue to use Hendrick service throughout the term of ownership of this vehicle.

No respect!!!

Everything was great other the genius that has no respect for others property left his 2 grease/oil shoe prints on my clean white paint by standing on the white painted bumper. Question can Hendrick not afford a step ladder? And let not forget the grease hand prints in several place on the hood. Again clean white paint. I've been coming there for a few services now and NEVER has anyone treated my Ram disrespectful until now. It's almost time to trade in and all I need is your service tech damaging my paint. I would never work on anything for anyone and not clean up after myself!!!

Experience with my sales agent Richard Victor

My sales agent was Richard Victor. He was fantastic, he worked with me for over three months before I finally purchased my2020 Pacifica. I had a set amount that I could afford to spend and he went back and forth several times with the finance officer till we were able to reach my price. This is most likely the last vehicle I will buy since I am 78 years old and Richard did every thing he could to make it possible for me and my wife to purchase our beautiful new car.

While there for service on my Jeep, I spoke to Dave Hunter in sales about the XChange program and he was very informative, and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciate. I did end up trading my Jeep in and I’m very happy with the entire process and everyone I dealt with including the excellent finance rep(I can’t recall his name). I would buy from them again.

Laurel was absolutely amazing from the time I reached out about the vehicle. She was supportive and attentive when my kids and I viewed and test drove the vehicle, all the way down to us purchasing the vehicle and her personally delivering the vehicle at 7am before I went to work over an hour away. I couldn’t ask for a better sales consultant!

I bought a van from them online. The van was delivered. It did not have the fix a flat that was supposed to be in van. Also i had questions about if i can have a spare tire underneath the van, which is shown in the owners manual. Nobody has bothered to answer my questions. I was told they would mail me the fix a flat that was missing. Never got that. They emailed me the sales documents for the van and i could not open the attachment in email. When i told them they said they would mail via Fed Ex, its been a week still havent gotten that. I would NEVER buy a car from them again. Terrible customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at Rick Hendrick Jeep. Zach was our salesman and he treated us with respect and was very enjoyable to work with. He didn't pressure us at all and gave us plenty of space to make our decision. He worked with us to get us a price that we felt was more then fair. Jack was our finance man and he was great as well. He explained all the options and add on's, but didn't pressure us to buy. He also worked with us to get us an auto loan rate that matched the one we brought in from our bank. We were happy with the experience from top to bottom. We LOVE our new car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
