There are very few dealerships that act with integrity and honesty. I had horrible experiences with multiple Hendrick Toyota dealers, who seem desperate and without any ethics. Not so with Jones Ford. The team is honest, helpful, and do not try to sell you more than you need. In fact, they go out of their way to help. And they aren’t desperate to make as much off each customer as they can. A first class organization and I would recommend them without hesitation. Ask for Marty Maghakian.

My first car buying experience was great! I had a great experience working with Sean Kirkwood. He sold me a 2017 Ford Fusion and I am extremely happy with my new car. I love everything about it. I would definitely recommend buying from Jones Ford and requesting Sean as your Sales Consultant. Very nice, straightforward guy, professional and no pressure whatsoever.

Pank was great. He worked with me on the sale of my 2013 Ford Expedition. I'm from Virginia and I couldn't find a better deal in Virginia than Jones Ford offered. The sales experience was second to none. If I lived in South Carolina, I would gladly be a spokesperson for Jones Ford. I appreciate Jones Ford and Pank Vij for a great experience.

I got a call from Michael Cain telling me I had a good chance to make a deal that day. I explained I was way upside down and could not do a higher payment than I was paying. He said come in anyway. So I did thinking no way was this going to happen. Working with Michael and Dan Jones and the Manager it happened. I bought a 2015 Focus. Service was great, staff great.

I would like to recognize Jerry Lavender and Diane Jordan. Jerry was great to deal with. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. This resulted in a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Diane Jordan was also a pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, professional and did an outstanding job at explaining my financing options and pointing out the one that best suited my situation. Mark Willard was knowledgeable and did not pressure my wife and I to buy right then and now, like other dealerships do. The transaction was seamless with no paperwork mistakes. I purchased a used 2014 Lincoln Navigator. Sal,the salesman, was very helpful. We were able to negotiate what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle. Mike Smith was also very helpful in getting the financing in place. The sales manager, Roger I believe, was most helpful in getting a second key made and ordering a new owners manual. He also took the time to get the code for the keyless entry and show me how to reprogram the code to a number of my choice. That's a great commitment to customer service that is certainly lacking in a lot of dealerships. Jones Ford is fortunate to have these individuals representing the dealership and by extension, Ford Motor Company. I would highly recommend Jones Ford to my friends.

With all of the construction happening I expected to feel out of place trying to purchase a vehicle. how wrong I was, the reception at the front door through until the final contract was signed was nothing less than superb. I purchased a 2015 mustang and my salesman was simply professional, showing me everything new about my new car and even setting up my phone and navigation system. the whole process of car buying has just been outstanding without stress or pressure. Thanks to my sales group, especially Mike my salesman.
